I have had holes patched, cloth diapers repaired, coats altered, pants hemmed, zippers and elastics replaced, throw pillows customized, and even had a washable mattress cover made by Hem It Up, and I continue to be impressed by their quality, professionalism and creativity. They take everything I throw at them and always go above and beyond my expectations. Very satisfied.

This establishment provided terrible service and treated their clientele in an appalling fashion. They were uncooperative, blatantly rude, and tried to charge extra fees to finally fix what they screwed up twice. DO NOT COME HERE! Especially do not deal with Pam who is not above making her customers cry over her own mistakes.
