Terrible customer service. Unable to review Fossil on Facebook as they have removed the option. Never making a purchase mistake of 300$ like that ever again. They're smartwatch doesn't work. Several people are having issues and Fossil doesn't reimburse or help. Never again. Don't do it.

Wonderful service and a very welcoming team! I had a problem with my smart watch while it was still under warranty and they were very good about helping me navigate the exchange process. I've always been a big fan of Fossil products, but the retail team, especially Bonnie (the store manager), went a long way to ensuring that I will continue to buy their products.

Bought a watch here a while ago and when it cracked they didn't seem at all familiar with the repair process I mean sure it's nice but to get them repaired you have to send them to Texas and it's not cheap

I had an issue with a leather bag that developed a hole after less than a month of use. Went into the Champlain Place Fossil store and the Manager, Bonnie resolved the problem right away. Love this brand, price is true to their quality. I got a wallet 3 years ago, used everyday and it litterly still looks new! Purse as well.Man's wallet is the best! Very good storage(we compared many), my bf Love his, its also long lasting.Out beat the other brand he had. Stuffs there are friendly there, down to earth.

Had a broken bracelet that I mailed back to Fossil as directed by the website. Eventually they emailed an electronic gift card. None of this reflects on this store however, when I utilized the gift card at this location, they were very helpful and the manger was very kind and a pleasure to deal with. She indicated I could have simply brought the bracelet to this store and she would have been happy to replace it. Purchased a couple of products here based on the service.

I have has mostly good and positive experiences here. I own three Fossil watches and my wife has one. The bad and very disappointing experience was two years ago before christmas. I took one of my watches in for a new battery, where I always get my Fossil batteries placed. They were unable to get the back off of the watch and told me to go to Sears (a year before they closed) as they have a different tool. I'm sorry, but my watch is a Fossil, it has an 11 year warranty and this store replaced the battery the last time. If there was a problem with how the back was put back on, it would be up to them to repair it. It really ticked me off. I never went back to their store for two years. They would have lost several sales during that time. But that was probable one employee who was not as caring about the customer as much as the rest of them. I love the product and service. I would have been Five Stars if this bad experience had not occured.
