Lovely friendly service, one of the only clothing retailers left with old fashioned service and a tailor.

Worst service ever.ordered a jacket here and because they didn't have the size I wanted, so they said they can order the size I want. After 10 days I called them and they said it was mistake that they didn't ship my order yet. They said they will ship it to my house in stead and they will CALL me when they do it. However, after 3 days, I called them back, they said they will check and call me back within day I they never called. Today I called them again and they said they will check and calle after 15 minutes and ofcourse they didn't call either. When I called them again, they picked up and hung up right away. What kind of service is this?I will have to come and cancel my order later. Worst worst service ever.
