Eddie Bauer has now taken three pre authorization charges from our account, for the same order, in about two weeks time.These haven't been returned into our account before the next one is withdrawn, let alone returned at all. The third charge comes AFTER we received an email that one of our items is no longer available! We currently have approximately $400 tied up with Eddie Bauer, for under $200 worth of merchandise. When trying to contact the company, NO ONE can give us answers. Even our bank representative doesn't understand what Eddie Bauer is doing with our account. Every customer service rep for Eddie Bauer that we have spoken to, via phone or live chat, has been unhelpful, impolite, and extremely unsympathetic and inconsiderate of our issue. We are extremely upset and aggravated at this point. We DO NOT recommend this company to anyone, entirely due to their lack of care and customer service.

Love this outlet store. We just found this gem last year, and have since purchased a couple coats for my wife. Clean, organized, staff are very friendly. If you are a tall person, they also have tall sizes, which is a huge bonus for us. We always shop around the Christmas season, and they generally have massive sales at that time. 50% off our latest order with them. Would recommend.

I wanted to find some wool liner socks for hiking, but they didn't have any. I was really surprised because I figured that would be a fairly basic item for an outdoor clothing store. I still gave them 3 stars because they do have some decent outdoor gear, but there are other places with better selection.

I think their days are numbered. You can buy they're stuff at Costco at way better prices. You can buy the equivalent at Marks at better prices. Overpriced from the get go, and then they advertise sales, which are still more than comparative products.
