My wedding dress fit me like a dream thanks to this amazing seamstress!! My dress was not an easy one to alter and knew I needed a pro. The bustle alone was a challenge in itself, but she was so patient and kind and made sure I was completely happy. She is SO professional and highly skilled, with a golden personality to boot! I knew I loved my dress from the moment I had it on, but when it fit MY shape and MY height I completely fell in love with it all over again and more! I'm so happy to have gone to her and would highly recommend her to anyone that wants a job well done on their special garments.

My fitting appointment was a breeze, I felt heard, she answered all my questions, and made the whole process fun and lighthearted. She is truly amazing at her work, I was worried I'd never feel good in my wedding dress and she made me feel incredible! My dress fits perfectly.

Brought my wedding dress here for alterations, our wedding was coming up super quickly, she had it done on time and the price was lower then what she quoted which was great!! It fit absolutely perfect! Highly recommend her for any alteration needs!

Customer service : Terrible. Affordability : Over priced for finished product, she under quotes you. Professionalism : Poor Quality of work : Mediocre at best. The owner was nice and friendly at the original meeting/consultation.(They were recommended by a local bridal store). However when it came time to return and see how the alterations went, the dress was ridiculously huge (still). And the original quote was WAY under what the actual bill was,this was for a dress that required a reduction in size not addition. When questioned about fixing the fact that her alterations weren't even close to the right size, she said that there would be MORE fees for it! She went on to say that the alterations were done correctly the first time. Blamed the fact that they dress didn't fit because too much weight was lost in the 18 days it took for alterations. 18 days....to lose enough weight that the dress was still way oversized? This is where the true colours started to come out. 18 days is not enough time for anyone to lose enough weight to throw off the original alteration sizes to the degree that this dress was still in. To make the situation worse, the straps for the dress were still pinned and not sowed in at all. She refused to fix her bad quality workmanship. Blamed the customer for her own mistakes. And over charged based on the original quote for a dress that was not possible to wear. All SIX days before the wedding. And refused a discount or refund for her terrible services. Also refused to fix it. She was rude and very unprofessional, providing no solution or willingness to fix the situation. It took the business who recommended her, to call her and speak with her after inspecting the work she did, and hearing about the terrible/abusive customer service she provided, for her to fix the dress. When the second measurements were taken, she didn't speak, there was no apology and seemed rushed to do it and upset (obviously). She also said that it wouldn't be ready until the day of the wedding, unacceptable for a person and business owner who behaved in the manner she did, and to treat someone who already has so much to do with getting a wedding organized already. Not to mention who lives way out of town. 5 days passed (with no communication from the business). There was so much uncertainty, worry and stress that she would pull through with a decent result of quality work and not sabatoge. The dress was not "perfect fitting" in the end, but still beautiful and we're able to pick it up a day before the wedding. Would and will not recommended this business to anyone ever. Stay away.

I then had her make a lace coverup for my own wedding dress which was exactly what I dreamed of but couldn't buy in any store.
