I've been going to Katerina for over fifteen years. She is definitely the best in the business here in Nanaimo, possibly the Island. She has fair, competitive prices and even does most of the work for RCMP officers. Whenever I take something to her it's always done quickly, professionally and the quality is amazing. Absolutely recommend!

My son and I walked in to Alterations Unlimited on the corner of Pine and 3rd. The lady looked at me and looked my son up and down and as I said “Hi my sons suit is to big and we need...” she cut me off and said I can’t do it, I said you haven’t even seen the suit yet or when I need it by she said “I can’t do it don’t know where you can go” and walked away .... I was so disgusted. I walked out called my lady June at June’s Tailor shop on Townsite. She heard my stress and said come right now. I walked in she got my son fitted and had his suit done (which she took completely apart and put back together so it fit him like a glove) within the week.

I used to go there everytime last few years even she was rude because very close to my place. It was not too bad for her job result but always feel terrible when I ask something, she does not listen anything when customer ask also too bossy and grumpy, She is always rude, she is probably not hungly because busy for RCMP guys, anyway I will never comeback there again. I want to give her NO star if possible same as below guy. She needs to work for only RCMP. Business name must be changed to Very limited Alterations.

I found this woman very rude on the phone. Maybe she was busy and stressed, but she barely let me finish my question about having an alteration done before she told me, "No, it's prom season", and hung up on me.
