Very friendly, clothes always come back perfect. More expensive than I am used to, the location is terrible; pulling out of the driveway feels like a risk every time, as they are on a blind corner where vehicles come around fast. If you’re careful (or walking) definitely recommended.

Gown was well cleaned but the after smell was a little of a dirty scent. Customer Service was exceptional though.

A bit dusty, the seats are dirty and there are no phone plug ins! Also a big creepy, out of order claw machine in the corner! The washers and dryers are mostly all 2.50+. Its ok, it's in a convenient location!

After Sunny Brae Dry Cleaners cancelled my wedding linens the day before my wedding, Vails stepped up and had my linens ready in a matter of hours and were a very good rate. HIGHLY recommend!!!

I took a brand new comforter in with a pet stain. The stain did not come out. It had two tear holes in it. They didn't call me when it was ready.

This dry cleaner is very good. During the week, if you call them ahead and drop your items off around 8 am or earlier, they can have them cleaned for the afternoon. They do all the cleaning in house at this location. They are sensible and have even left me a note saying they did not continue trying to get a stain out so as not to damage my clothing.
