Very Very bad service when you go for return.. at circle dr. Location saskatoon. I really had a very bad experience at that location manager . I have everything like the original slip and the items un washed and have all the tags on it but still the manager refused me to exchange or return... Very bad, don't recommend to any one to visit that outlet.

The Staff was not nice to me upon finding that i wanted to return the stuff I bought online. He sarcastically suggested me to go to another store. Be prepared to deal with them firmly especially if you are returning the stuff purchased online. I have been in this store a number of times during last 12 years. However, in the last few years, I have noticed obvious difference in the staff behavior depending on how much money I spent in the store. This is definitely bad customer service as it is discriminatory based on how and how much money a customer is spending. Seems to be ownership change a few years back. The previous management was way better. I have also been to two Mississauga locations, Brampton location and Milton location of the Chain but this store is something different only due to the greed of the staff.

It’s more like 7 Stars all day long! Great service and when I mean great it’s top of the line. Comparable with huge international brand stores that I have come across traveling around the world.It’s good to know that a small store in a relatively small city is offering such a high level of customer service. It feels good to be in the store,customer support is great,everyone is doing their best to make sure customer is happy. Nobody is pushing you in to buying something,nobody breading in your ears when browsing around but as soon as you need something or want to ask anything they are there to help you. Other stores should take example from them. It’s not my first time in these store I already been a handful of times since I found out about it and the experience was the same each time. I visited the Moncton Mr.Big & Tall on Trinity Drive. I walked inside to find one person on a ladder installing shelves.....one person assisting that person and a third person folding clothes. No hello...no eye contact....no asking " Can I help you?". I helped myself to what I wanted...tried pants on , paid and left. Awful Customer Service. No wonder there were no Customers.

Really disappointed. No signage to say you have to be a VIP customer anywhere in store to support that claim.

They have really good sales periodically for people who need larger sized clothes. When I was there, I was able to get 4 pairs of denim and 4 polo shirts for 70% off. Without that discount, the bill would have been close to $1000 and was able to get it for $350 including tax.

Great Place for Big and Tall Clothing, Britches is a very good brand and worth the money. I've dealt with the manager Steve multiple times, very nice man and his staff are excellent as well. They have great sales and clearance items, if you keep an eye out when seasons are changing over.

I was obviously having trouble after trying on several different things. I wish there was another location. Since this the only place to actually get big clothes.
