Amazing! I took two of my bikini tops here for alterations the ladies were amazing their communication and opinions were perfect!. I asked for Gigi to completely take off the original backing which had a clip and for myself it was just way to big and loose as it was 8 inches to big around the bust but the Cup size was perfect. Gigi was great at communicating with me what we should do and together we decided instead of shortening the back and keeping the hook to just turn them both into tie backs. Gigi also recommend it was best to only do the back into a tie back and not the front and still have the option of having the top strapless and to just add strings to halter it. I asked Gigi if it was possible to also add extra hooks on the inside of the bikini for extra support in the front if needed and she was great agreeing and showing me where would be the best to put it and blend it. Once I got the bikini top back the alterations were so spot on and perfect it looks like I purchased it this way. I definitely recommend this place for alterations even your bikini tops!!

Gigi and her colleague were the best seamstresses I have ever met! They are confident and highly competent and are not afraid to tell you what they think (style-wise and they were 100% right!). I asked them to alter my wedding dress so that I could wear it again. When I originally had the dress altered (to fit for my wedding) at a bridal shop, they were very hesitant and reluctant to work with the material of my dress and in the end, did not complete everything I asked of them. Gigi and her colleague were on board from the beginning and altered my dress, including the lace to perfection! I have used their service before however had a bad experience recently. I had a t shirt dry cleaned, and the velvet logo came back cracked. I noticed when i received the garment that half the t shirt was covered up with a white paper to hide the logo (i have never received garments from them before like this, and noticed none of the other ready ones were like this), and when i asked the lady there if she can take it off and throw it out because i dont need all the extra packaging, she insisted i keep it on because the t shirt is white and to prevent any marks while i take it home. So i went home without inspecting it properly. I bought the shirt second hand but was able to confirm through purchase pictures that it was not cracked before, when i went back to the store they said it was like that when they got it.

I just had 3 custom relaxed style Roman blinds created by the talented individuals at Meena’s and they’re a perfect fit in our windows. I met the owner last year when I needed Roman blinds resized (to become interior mounted versions). They did such an impressive job that I returned for full custom work on three new ones this year. Brought my down jacket and 5 cashmere scarves for cleaning. Showed the lady who works there what needs to be cleaned and the severity of the dirt. She told me it will be ready in 1 week, a week passed, no one called me even though I asked to. Came to pick up the stuff, the jacket was almost in the same condition I left it in. I showed the representative, she agreed that it wasn’t cleaned properly, asked to leave for another 2 days (didn’t allow me to take my scarves) and I picked up whenever I could after it was ready. Obviously, it wasn’t cleaned properly, still clearly could see the dirt. The lady tried to argue with me that I didn’t point out to the other dirty spots which initially should’ve been cleaned... if you are not confident that you are able to remove all stains, then state it from the beginning.. ridiculous how you pay money for the service (almost $150) and you get unsatisfactory outcome. At the end, lady asked me to leave the jacket 3rd time in the store for further cleaning. I refused as it’s a waste of my time and she gave me $20 discount. I paid the remaining balance even though I had all the rights to pay only for the scarves. Will never ever go there again. The customer service itself wasn’t great and she started to give me attitude after this incident.

It was so bad. Seems like they put water on my cover and then dry it. It's crazy. They didn't clean and brash from hairs. I paid for 2 covers almost $100, but result was the same like from regular laundry wash. I never gonna go there again. Don't trust reviews. It is worth experience in my live.

Oh man, coming here was the best decision ever! I searched everywhere for someone to fix a gown I purchased from Amanda-Lina, because they themselves couldn't even fix a dress from there own shop. But Meena! My lord, she did an amazing job! She added the little extra space on my dress, fixed the zipper TOO PERFECTION, and even fixed the lace on the back that I had forgotten to mention. She did it. I am %100 percent making this my first choice for garments and dry cleaning.

10 STARS! Gigi saved me! I was in a wedding and received the bridesmaid dress from a different seamstress in Brampton the day before the wedding. The dress was very poorly tailored, didn't even fit me, even though it was "custom made". I took it to Gigi and she suggested just buying a new one. This was a very poor quality dress and with only 24 hours, not much could be done to salvage it. I ended up going to a store and found a dress that was the same colour (thankfully we all had different designs) I bought it and brought it to Gigi Friday at 4pm for the wedding the next morning! She hemmed it for me same day, shortened the straps and did a fabulous and very fast job! Quality work. The new dress looks amazing and I'm so glad I didn't have to walk down the aisle in a poorly made dress that didn't fit! She is awesome and highly recommended!

I would definitely recommend this Dry Cleaners. I found it through a google search and by reading the reviews which were all very good. I needed my wedding dress cleaned and was worried that wherever I would choose, they would send it out somewhere else. I called and spoke to Gigi, who was very professional and helpful. She assured me that my dress would be cleaned on site. Taking her word and with all the other great reviews, I drove 40 minutes to her shop and left my dress with her. A few weeks later, she text me, sent me pictures of my "like new" wedding dress and said it was boxed and ready for pick up. Today I picked it up and it was perfect! Gigi done a wonderful job, cleaning it and getting all the black marks off it and boxed it up beautifully. Very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend to anyone!

She recently did complicated alterations for me on a bridesmaid dress which involved removing intricate beading to shorten the shoulder straps, then she hand-beaded on top of the altered straps. It looks like new and fits perfectly. She also shortened a multi-layered gown and took in the sides on a BCBG dress for me. Highly recommend!

Just bought Max Mara coat and is to big on me so I bring it to one tailor on lakeshore and he ruined my coat inside out :( so I bring it to Meena because she have nice reviews and it’s Close to my house, and WOW SHE SAVE MY COAT AND NOW LOOKS LIKE NEW FRESH FROM PARIS! There is a Strange thing is noticed is price fluctuates here at different stores. My shirts that I give for Cleaning at another location costs me 2.75 where these dundas guys charged 5. Best the worker behind the machine asked what does the other meena charge you as they must have noticed something that this shirt has gone to some other meena cleaners. I couldnot recollect the price then but upon retrieval time I told them that it is actually much less. Hence there was another person behind the counter who got scared and said talk to the owner who will less the price and this does not go in my pocket. I was a bit shocked and surprised with the answer and now queer do we have to haggle at each meena laundry and shouldn’t the price be the same everywhere? What do you say?

I have been coming to this location for well over a decade for dry cleaning and/or alterations. Gigi does a fantastic job for alterations, I mean wow! She is literally the best tailor I have come across, and I only trust her with my clothing (especially if it requires more complex work). I use her services for simple hemming, but more recently for complicated work, such as re-sizing a pair of linen pants, taking in a dress, altering and hemming skirts, and the list goes on. I will continue to only go to Gigi even though I live in Oakville. She does an amazing job - and I only trust her for more detailed work. I'm no longer afraid of buying clothes that don't fit me perfectly because I know she will fix them. Thank you Gigi!

I've been going to Meena cleaners on Dundas for pants alterations for many years, but recently I went in to ask if they could alter the sleeves on a new shirt because they were too tight. Not only did the end result surpass my expectations, they made the shirt lovelier! They added some beautiful lace to expand the sleeves and when worn, the lace faces the back making the shirt even more unique. Thanks for outstanding service!

Words cannot describe how amazing these ladies are! They save my wedding day! I purchased my dress online and it came 2 weeks before my wedding day 4 inches too small. These ladies worked their magic and saved me! They made me feel like family because they generally wanted so bad to help me! At first they were having so much trouble matching the beads for the sleeves, and I was told I may have to get a bow on the shoulders. I remember being so sad that my dress wouldn't be as I imagined. The next day when I walked in Gigi had a big smile on her face. She managed to match the beading. I cried so much because it was perfect. I feel like 5 stars aren't enough. Best cleaners in Mississauga!!!! Two days before the wedding suit got stained. Drove around the city and no one would touch/guarantee the cleaning. Menna cleaners were the only ones that took it and within 24 hrs returned the suit without a mark. Great customer service and amazing cleaners. Thank you !!!!
