I needed to get a bridesmaid’s dress altered quickly, and they were able to help me right away, even though it was coming up on a long weekend! A one week turn around, even though the dress had different types of material and three layers. Very professional and efficient, I will definitely come back for other alterations.

A lovely couple runs this establishment. They're pleasant, professional, and care about doing a good job. They've dry cleaned my dresses and hemmed my pants. When my husband had an issue with a custom-made suit from another establishment, they helped examine it and made recommendations - for free - knowing we were only looking for a second opinion and would return to the store where we purchased it to have any adjustments made (i.e. no profit for them). And they refused to let us pay them for the consultation. Genuine people.

I found Kleenlook approximately 2 years ago while I was searching for a reliable tailor in Mississauga to alter a bunch of my work attire, mainly suits and dress shirts. After trying the first set of alterations with the owner Sam, I haven't gone anywhere else. Very dependable and quality service. 20+ alterations and 30+ dry cleans later, I keep coming back and wouldn't trust anyone else.

Amazing service! I took a Saree here that was covered in extremely old stains (one that another dry cleaner had already charged me $75 to pretend to clean). He was honest, knowledgeable, timely, and did the impossible and got most of the stains out. A very very nice guy. Definitely will be my new go to dry cleaner.
