Absolutely PHENOMENAL WORK - finished sewing a 4” seam-rip within 15 minutes, matching the unique colour of the thread to the item INSTANTLY & even reinforcing the seam BEYOND the fixed rip, all the way up to the zipper! I discovered my Valentines-Day-event outfit with the seam-tear & got it fixed WITH EXTREME CARE as soon as I brought it to them ... with a day to spare! He literally saved my plans, & my outfit! I personally will be going to Imperial Tailoring, 100%, next time, & every single time I require serious sewing repair done to any high-quality items that I expect to be treated tenderly. Highly recommended.

I had to get two suits hemmed and have the sleeve trimmed up. I brought the suits in and was told the hem would be 13 dollars per pair, the person said they were not sure what the price was for the sleeve shortening so she did not let me pay upfront, I confirmed that the price would be under 30 dollars. I went to pick my suit up and they charged me $60 per suit for the sleeve shortening alone! Was totally unfair and not transparent. I insisted on paying before as well to ensure this did not happen but they would not let me. Confirm the prices before leaving your clothing!

Ruined the fur on my coat. Coat was covered in vomit, tag said dry clean only - so I did. Then when I get my coat back the fur has been heat damaged so bad it’s ugly and crusty. When I complained and asked what happened he pretended not to understand and ignored me. Will not return. Would not recommend.
