Excellent customer service!! I asked them to alter my wedding dress a week before my wedding, because my seamstress fell through. She did wonderful work and was able to fit me in on time! My dress was completely gorgeous and perfect. The prices were more than reasonable as well! Could not ask for a better alterations business!

I am HIGHLY disappointed with them. They cancelled my appointed 1.5hrs before I was to arrived - after I drove 5hrs for my appointment that was made 3wks in advance. As we are getting married in Medicine Hat and that also where I bought my dress. They did not have much work completed except that they WRECKED my lace wedding dress….by hacking off lace and now 3wks before my wedding date is to arrive they have wrecked my wedding dress and told me they can't do any of the work that was to be completed. I stood there crying with my maid of honour in SHOCK and devastated. I had the 1st appointment 6wks early. Then made the next 3wks later. LEaving myself enough time to have my wedding dress altered and adjusted. To end up COMPLETELY upset and now panicked trying to find another dress last minute since they ruined this one. :( I know mistakes happen and sometimes things just don't go right. But this is a HUGE deal…. :(

Absolutely blown away with how wonderful this place was! I was recommended Patricia by a few ladies that have had their wedding dresses altered but the existing Google review made me a bit hesitant. I followed my gut and booked in anyway and am I ever glad I did! Patricia was absolutely AMAZING! I have two different types of lace on my dress and very delicate pieces surrounding, she adjusted everything I needed done to perfection!
