Had a jacket that needed a zipper replaced and a hole in the one pocket needed to be patched. Zipper is replaced with a new one and hole in the pocket is patched. They even matched my jacket fabric to patch the hole. I'm very happy with the friendly professional service and highly recommend them! If I ever need alterations done in the future, I'll go back to them

I've always gotten my stuff tailored from artex I feel they do a very professional job and get you your tailoring very quickly I do find them a little bit more expensive however it is worth it as they do a very good job I get a lot of stuff hemmed and altered as I am a very short person and I always take my stuff to our texts because I always appreciate the quality of the they do

I am absolutely blown away by how perfect my wedding dress is. I was nervous to get it altered as it had tons of layers, lace and crystals but I don't think anyone could have done a better job. The fit is perfect and she even made me wrist loops with the excess fabric she cut off so I can dance in it. The staff was extremely professional and easy to work with, even through a pandemic. On top of everything the price was very reasonable for everything they did. I couldn't be happier, thank you Artex.

Horrible experience and product. Sent my 18 yr old daughter in with a formal dress, at no time even took her measurements, not allowed to try on at pickup, unfriendly and unhelpful.charged 85$ and now we need to find someone who could actually do it right.
