They're quick, and affordable, and their work is exactly what we've hoped for whether they're altering clothes for a better fit or patching a pair of jeans or fixing a backpack or computer bag. This was the most disrespectful woman ! She was rude spoken and answered the phone with just a flat "hello" and didnt confirm who or what her business was! I had to ask in discomfort " is this where I can get my clothes hemmed "?? And the Ignorance began! All I was asking for was to get a pair of Scrubs hemmed waist and leg and she gave me ridiculous price quotes and was extremely rude to me ! Its 15-28$ per side waist or leg ????????????

Lori has been a lifesaver on more than one occasion. She worked on my wife’s wedding dress, my wedding suit, my suits for work and even casual clothes that need to be tweaked. Regardless of where I buy my suits for work, I bring them to Lori. Last summer I purchased a custom suit to be a groomsman in one of my friends weddings. Assured by the tailor it would fit like a glove, it was not delivered until two days before the wedding after repeated delays. It fit like a used and abused stretched out 15 year old hockey glove. Despite the absurd turn around time required, Lori assured me it would be done in time. 24 hours later it fit like a custom suit should. Anyone who wears clothes needs a Lori in their life.

This time she fixed a very worn jacket with sentimental value, replacing the braid tape trim, patching elbows, fixing seams and jacket looks great. I am a big fan of Sew Perfect Alterations. As an Outdoor Educator, I often have odd jobs (canvas pack repair/tent repair) and the regular work of clothing, but again often with a twist (a badly ripped down jacket or beloved leather wrist band). Sew Perfect has always surpassed my expectations for difficult repairs in terms of quality. In the case of the wrist band, one example of a job others wouldn't touch. I tried a jewelry shop and a shoe maker first. The repair was solid and creative. nothing but accolades for Sew Perfect.

We recently moved to Uxbridge and was thrilled to find a seamstress that could fix zippers on two of my jackets. One needed a complete zipper replacement and the other a new slider. Lorri did an outstanding job in such a quick timeframe, I'm very happy. The price was reasonable for the work that needed to be done and less expensive than buying new coats. You would never know that zippers had ever been broken. I would definitely use Lorri in the future and recommend her to anyone looking for a talented seamstress.
