Took a jacket in for a new zipper on a Monday. Was told to return Friday. Went back Friday and they had forgotten to replace the zipper. Was told to come back Monday. Went back Monday and was told no , come back Friday. Slip says Friday. After trying to get them to understand what I was told about coming back Monday I left. Went back that Friday and was told they had to order a zipper so it would be a few day’s. finally picked it up today and was charged 25 dollars plus tax. Horrible customer service.
