I thought extremely hard before choosing Harland Collier to make my wedding suit as there are many tailors in the city who claim they make the suits themselves but actually get them made abroad. A brilliant service from Nick who crafted a perfect suit for me from their tailored ready to wear collection. So many adjustments were made it was a perfect fit, as good as a full made to measure one. Great quality cloth and linings and nothing was too much trouble, He has a great eye for detail and knew exactly what to do in one fitting so it was a great experience. No more trudging around looking for jackets and trousers to fit. I won’t be going anywhere else. Forget the City centre options call into Tattenhall for a perfect solution. Highly recommended.

I have no doubt that the products provided by Harland Collier are of an extremely high standard, and have been recommended your services by colleagues on more than one occasion. However when I entered your store to make a query regarding a shirt, I was rather smugly told to go to TM Lewin instead, as your custom shirts were £400. This came accross as incredibly condescending. I obliged and went elsewhere as I thought the customer service was appalling. Perhaps assuming a potential customers financial status, and that your products are beyond their affordability, based purely on appearance and attire is not the best business strategy. I have still given a 3 star rating as I do not wish to hinder the business nor doubt the quality of the product, however I do feel this should be brought to your attention.

I wouldnt hesitate in recommending this establishment. The service they provided to ensure that my son's suit was ready and totally perfect for his wedding day was exceptional. Rhys Jones, personally, not only met our 'tight' time scale requirements, but also made sure of the suits delivery to a specified London address. Brilliant!
