My husband and I were passing the shop and saw in the window shorten sleeves £15. A little on the high side ,but we both decided we had a jacket each which would look better if the sleeves were shortened. It took a week to have them done. We went to collect them. Proffered our £30. Were then told it was £40.It seems we had vents on the sleeves.we were not told this when we had our fitting. We would not have had them done at that price. They did a good job,but the jackets did not warrant another €20 being spent on them. I would think twice about going back.

took my daughters coat here for a new zip because it seemed to me like it needed one. when i picked it up, they fixed it without replacing it and saved me £13! they were honest without replacing it anyway to make money. really nice people too and would tell everyone to go here now

Last year I had two pairs of trousers from identical cut/style but different colour suites let-out. The suites were bespoke made for me in Leeds way back in the middle 80's. They are both made in a 14oz Herringbone Worcester suiting. I am about to take the two respective jackets to them in the next few days but after the coming weekend and a slight deep breath to allow buttoning up of the appropriate suite whilst attending a funeral.

If you need anything altering Frank and his fabulous team will willingly help you. Nothing is too much trouble and they are extremely professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them highly to anyone. You can take items of clothing there, try them on and they will pin what needs altering while you are wearing the item- so the fit is always good. Very friendly and personable too.

Sent two dresses in to be altered..was told £45 for both and when we went to collect them was charged £75. Frank flat out denied he ever said £45. Only word to describe him is a conman. He is robbing people blind! Definitely never be returning here and looks like i'm not the only person he has ripped off.
