First used to ask about fixing a zip on an item. Very helpful and friendly place (not too easy to find but that's probably just me). Will definitely use for any more major work. Recently took a very expensive fur coat my wife wanted to have sleeve length shortened. Really impressed with the care and work. My wife was absolutely delighted with the quality of work. This is a top place for alterations and can be trusted to take special care of expensive items. Excellent work and cannot recommend too highly.

Whilst on a cruise holiday, the zipper on my jeans broke and it could have been a real headache, but fortunately I found Chris Davies. They are less than a 15 minute walk from where my cruise ship docked, up a flight of stairs and I was there. For a very good price, I got a zipper sewn in that is at least 3 times as strong as the flimsy original that came with the pants. They were able to do it within hours, and the service I received was amazing all around, and was one of many things that left me with a very high first impression of Liverpool and it’s people!
