I bought a jacket from Levis website but it turned out to be really big for me. I went into the store and exchanged it for a smaller size with no problem whatsoever. Kudos!

My friends and I went to the Yorkdale location yesterday (July 29th 2017, between the hours 3:30 and 4pm) and had the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Every single staff member was rude and seemed aggravated when we needed help. When we first walked in we weren't even greeted and there were staff members gossiping behind us. When we turned around to look for a sales rep for help they rolled their eyes and asked if we needed a size very aggressively. When I tried on my jeans I noticed I grabbed the wrong size so I asked the worker in the change room to grab me the correct one. She seemed incredibly annoyed that I had made a simple mistake. After, I was asking another worker about the sale going on and she rolled her eyes seemingly annoyed that I wasn't already aware and that she had to repeat herself. Then when my friends and I were checking out the lady helping my friend didn't say a single word to her. The lady helping me was rude and dismissive and didn't say a single nice thing, and when she did speak she had a very annoyed tone to her voice. Overall a horrible experience. Although I love Levi's as a brand, I can't say I will return to the Yorkdale location.

I have never written an online review about anything before but my experience at this store compels me to say something in hopes that it will have some degree of impact on the management and staff (unlikely). This place is full of attitude (not the good kind), and pretention although it's unclear why. Despite 15 employees on the floor we couldn't find a single person to help us but instead kept getting told by rude sales people to move out of their way or to wait my turn for change rooms (as I waited my turn). Go buy ur levis elsewhere or online.

Arrived at this store just as it opened. There were no customers in the store and I saw two employees on the floor. I walked around the store I could not find what I was looking for. I was with one of my friends and I said several times in front of the two employees this location does not seem to have what I’m looking for. The two employees just kept talking among themselves completely ignored me never asked me if I needed any assistance at all. Then finally I went up to them and asked for assistance neither of them were very helpful. Employees, especially young unexperienced employees definitely don’t deserve $14 an hour for standing there and not doing their job at all. Will never return to this location ever again. Perhaps management needs to reevaluate the way they hire and train their associates.
