Brought my wedding dress here and the floor was so dirty and the lady wanted me to put my dress on the floor and I said no.. unfortunately had to take to another place to get fixed after spending 300$ there..

We dropped a dress off for alterations. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I'm waiting for the end result to update this rating.

We agreed to three parts being altered. Only two of the three were done and one of them was done very poorly. After two weeks and $45 there is not enough time to fix what she calls good or completed alternations. I wouldn't recommend this place based on this experience.

I took my wedding dress here for some alterations after it was recommended to me. Though everything ended up alright and I paid for the work done to the dress, it was a very stressful experience. I arrived for my first visit and had a list of things I needed done to the dress. She did not take the list, and didn't measure me at all. Weeks later, when I went to pick up the dress, some of those things hadn't been touched, and the dress fit very poorly. When I requested that it be taken in a bit in my bust, I was refused. After a very stressful encounter, I left the dress there for her to do some more work on (and do the things that were missed). I could hear that I was being complained about to the other employee there while I was changing back into my clothes. I was sweating bullets the next day when I went in to get it, but thankfully, it ended up being fine, and the dress was improved. I paid her in full and took the dress with me. However, I regret to say that I would not recommend this place to anyone who is getting bigger alterations like wedding dresses done. She seems overbooked and scattered. It was a very tense experience, not worth it. I also believe it was very overpriced (It was $360 by the end of alterations).

I took my grad dress to have just a small hem in the front, and the shoulder straps shortened. I was told that this small job would cost me $260! I took it in for alterations at the beginning of January but was told it wouldn't be finished until mid-March. When I told her I needed it by then, she kept going back and forth between dates and couldn't decide when I could come pick it up. She finally told me I could pick it up on February 10th. I came back on February 10th to pick it up. She had not even touched my dress. She wrote March 10th on her paper, but Feb 10th on mine. She said to come back in two days and it would be done. How are you going to do a quality job on a dress in two days when you said you needed a month to do that same job!?! I told her I would like to take my dress home with me and that I no longer wanted to have her do the alterations. She did not take this well. She said I wasn't allowed because I forgot my pink slip of paper, when she could have just checked my ID to make sure it was me. Instead she took a picture of me on her personal phone. Please DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING HERE!

Do not bother taking pants for hemming to this place. Took 3 pairs of jeans in to get hemmed ..2 were right and one pair was 2 inches to long still. Took them back and owner would not do anything about re doing them.. I marked these pants for length the same way I did the other 2.. NO MORE NORTHSIDE ALTERATIONS..Doesn't care if customer is happy!
