C’est un propos complètement inapproprié et je me demande s’il n’y avait pas du racisme en plus en-dessous de ça. Mon conjoint a déchiré la carte et on est partis et on ne retournera pas, c’est inacceptable de se faire traiter comme ça. C’est pas parce que tu vends des vêtements de ce prix-là que tu es obligé d’être hautain et désagréable. Il faudrait que les vendeurs comprennent que si le service est désagréable les clients ne viendront plus et qu’ils vont finir par perdre leur job! Pas la peine de me répondre Harry Rosen, vous devriez plutôt donner des cours de savoir-vivre à votre vendeur qui a les cheveux blancs, qui a un accent anglophone et qui travaille en running shoes!

The suit selection is very good, however the service was not good at all when I went. Here's what happened. Had an appointment with an advisor to purchase a suit. When I arrived in store, I was not acknowledged or greeted by anyone. There were 3 employees folding/putting away clothes, we made eye contact but they continued to chat & fold clothes amongst themselves. When I approach them to ask about my appointment, they told me to just wait near the cash. So I waited near the cash for that employee to finish up with a client. With my scheduled advisor, things started off well. I was shown a couple suits, but then I was left on my own while my advisor went to help another customer. He just said "I'll be right back" and after 10 minutes of waiting, I decided to walk out of the store and I did not return. It's a shame because suit selection looked very nice, and I arrived willing and ready to purchase one. In the end I ended up going elsewhere for a custom tailored suit.
