Suraj worked on my 1990 4Runner. My car is old, rusty and I know all the wiring in it is a gongshow. However, Suraj did not charge me any extra (Visions AND BestBuy were charging me $250 EXTRA because my car was apparently in bad shape). He did a perfect job on re-wiring my speakers and installing a sweet new deck. He also checked out the rest of my car and let me know some other details about my car. He wasn't pushy for a sale and even mentioned I could do it at home if I was good at DIY. Even sending me to a link. This guy is genuine and legit. Definitely recommend A+++

Just had my GTI wrapped here... I am beyond happy with the work! I would recommend to anyone! Super friendly, I didn't get to meet them until AFTER the job was done.. I know, risky... But even then they were extremely friendly even when the job was done and they didn't have to sell me on anything! Everything was handled via email which is great if you're like me and hate talking on the phone, best part, they didn't take 3 days to reply via email! Everything was handled almost as quickly as it would have been via phone call. They kept me updated on the process, and let me know when it was ready to be picked up. What do you expect, it's a stereo shop in Surrey BC. They have no product on the walls or any racks. Do not seem as knowledgeable as you would expect from a stereo shop. I can install my own stuff but prefer to have somebody else go to the headache but I might have to install my own stuff.

Stay away! They installed a front and rear dash cam for me. The installation was done really badly. None of the trim pieces where the cable was routed was replaced properly. I had to redo it at home. The rubber door seals were not put back properly. Had to fix it myself at home. The fuse panel wasn't closed back properly. They broke the vent knob and just stuck it back to hide it. It came flying off when I left there. The windshield where the dash cam was installed was grubby and not cleaned. And here is the kicker, they did not leave enough cable at the rear dash cam. So when I opened the rear glass hatch door it ripped the cable out of the camera and destroyed the usb connector on the camera. So now the rear camera does not work. I guess the old saying of you get what you pay for holds true. Lesson learned. Dont make the same mistake I made!!! Update: 23 May 2019 After my review I was contacted by G'ed Customs. They wanted to rectify the issue. Good for them! Except, they never did. Still waiting for them to replace the rear camera...What a rip off these guys are!

Had them completely redo my system, Deck, amp, sub, speakers, etc. Initially thought it was good value, but gradually things started not to work and the sound deteriorated. Then this spring I had a flood and took it into another shop. The workmanship is horrible, nothing fit properly which explains why the sound deteriorated and they actually cut holes where they didn't need to and didn't seal it off allowing moisture to enter the car. The shop whom is repairing it said I should go after these guy for a shotty job using components that we not what was actually sold to me. Buyer beware! Avoid like the plague.

Be careful with these guys, I would suggest you to go to them only if you are loaded with money. I called them on the phone to get a quote to which the owner (I think is Sraj) says he needs to see the car, I brought it my car as I was free in the afternoon, he looked at the car and decided he is going to rip me off since I drive a Mercedes. He said you need to get Hertz speakers for this car, I thought since he is professional he should be knowing what he is talking about, I listened I asked if there is any other option as my budget was $1000 and I didn’t want to go too much above that, he said there is nothing he could recommend for that it would cost me around $1600 if I go with Hertz. I was surprised! I went to another place in a North Vancouver called Performace Car Sterio, I drove 40 mins boy that was worth the drive, they gave all kinds of options and amazing customer service unlike these guys, I got a JL audio for my car, according to sources it’s one of the top ten subwoofer and I paid $980. The thing which I was taken aback the most is the fact that he smirked when I asked about he could go anything under a grand, come on man you don’t insult your customer, if your customer isn’t informed about the logistics you need to tell them nicely instead of laughing at him! Just a Feedback. Now not only you lost my business I have three other friends who has made appointments with the other store. That’s a potential of 3K you lost. Just saying

I purchased new headlight lenses from EBay and had them install them. Suraj recommend new H1 headlight bulbs installed for brighter luminous, so I had him install them. Any personalized details I want done on my 2011 Kia Soul I always call up Suraj. This guy will take any challenge and make it happen. Highly recommend him!

I recently got an 04 eclipse that I plan on supping up so I took it in to get an aftermarket stereo installed from G'ed up customs. The guys there were simple to work with and extremely professional. The stereo looks sick and I ended up getting an amplifier which they tuned as well. they sanitized the car before and after, tuned the amp and adjusted the EQ, cleaned up and vacuumed when they were finished. The overall experience was surreal, and I will definitely be going back there in the future. 10/10 I recommend this place. I was so pleased with the customer service and price that it would be a mistake to go anywhere else. Shoutout to my man Suraj! Great guy and he knows a thing or two about cars.

My neighborhood had been having a lot of problems with crime and my car (and neighbors) was broken into. So I took my car to G'ed Up. The installation was for a dash camera and an aftermarket car alarm. The installation was pretty fast and it everything looks very natural. No loose wires and fits in with the rest of the vehicle and its components. Since the installation the alarm has acted as a excellent deterrent and I've had no more problems. The dash camera also came in very handy a few weeks after it was installed. G'ed up has also been very helpful with issues and concerns I've had after the work was complete.

I had a Street Guardian SG9663DC Dual Channel Dash Camera installed by G'ed Up Customs and I couldn't be happier with their work. Suraj was a pleasure to deal with, his communication was fast, their pricing was very reasonable and they even helped to hardwire kit I brought in so I could use the parking mode on the dash cam. Blew a speaker in my car and went to Visions to replace the speakers. After their quote and suggestion for replacements I was completely unsatisfied and decided to call around. Spoke with Suraj, who helped me on the phone with questions about a speaker replacement/upgrade. They got me in right away, the service was cheaper than Visions, shorter wait time, and I was so impressed with how amazing their services were. I’m always afraid of being ripped off, and G’ed Up Customs Audio was not only faster, cheaper and service was significantly more personalized...I left beyond satisfied, and would highly recommend that you call them up to help with your audio needs.
