When I came to pick up my items at the time that she wrote on my receipt, she wasn't ready with them and had clearly forgotten to do it because she seemed so frazzled and had asked me to come back an hour and a half later than the time we had agreed on. When I came back to pick up my items I asked for some sort of compensation or discount for the time and gas that was wasted having to go back and forth. She later said that I should actually be tipping her because she kept her store opened later for me. I told her she wouldn't have had to wait for me had she gotten the jerseys done on time to begin with. She later argued that the time we agreed on was just an estimate of when it would be done. I think that its super unprofessional of her to have written down a time that she can't promise. I don't think that she dealt with the situation very well and was definitely not thinking of the customer. Overall I did not feel like I had a very good experience at AD Tailor. Very unprofessional, will definitely not be coming back.

I was looking for a tailor to hem my bridesmaid dress and AD Tailor was recommended to me by a friend who said Lina had altered many bridesmaid dresses for their friends and family. Lina is the kindest woman who operates the business and does the alterations all on her own. She fixed up my dress perfectly, and I even brought in two dress-pants and a pair of jeans for her to alter. She was able to hem my jeans, and narrow in the ankle part so it would fit like skinny jeans. She finished everything on time, and her prices are extremely affordable and competitive. I'll definitely be coming to AD for all future alterations.
