Poor and inconsiderate customer service. I brought a dress to be hemmed and when i picked it up, expressed some concerns that it was a bit long. After a day of contemplation, I decided it was too long to be wearable and went back. Unfortunately I was told I would have to pay for the service again despite the job not being properly done the first time (albeit at a decreased price). Lady is nice but my experience caused me extra and unnecessary complications.

I brought three dress shirts to be adjusted (sleeves were too long, chest was too wide). They took measurements but they cut the sleeves too short so the shirts were ruined. The adjustments at the chest were asymmetrical. They refused to acknowledge that their work was poorly done (although they readjusted the chest) and only offered to dry clean them as a fix (as if cleaning the shirts would make the sleeves grow back). For the same job, they also adjusted a suit jacket. This time, the cuff of the sleeves were cut on an angle (3/4 inch difference between each side of the cuff), and even though I told them I wanted it cut straight, they refused to adjust their work and instead tried to convince me that this is the right style. Waste of time, money, and good clothing.

Decided to test out this place near work. Highly disappointed and overpriced. Got my coat dry cleaned for $40 (keep in mind that I usually only get charged $25 for the SAME coat) AND it was still stained after.... When I pointed it out to the lady, she just said that there are no guarantees and that the stains cannot be removed. I went to the dry cleaner place near mcgill metro and they had no trouble removing it. Don’t waste your time and money with this incompetent place.
