First and last time I’ll be bringing my dry cleaning to this place. Worst service ever. Told my dress pants would be ready on the Wednesday. Went to pick them up on the Friday and they couldn’t find them. I was told they’d call me the next day (Saturday) to tell me if they found my pants and they never I made sure to call to see if they found my pants before going to pick them up. Went to pick them up and the same girl that served me on the Friday was there so I asked her what happened to my pants.. she said they weren’t placed properly on the rack. No apology, no discount for having me have to come back for their mistake. So many other way better serviced dry cleaners that I would recommend before here.

I went in to pick up my technical sleeping bag (not cheap). The employee there could not find it and had no interest in calling anyone to help figure out where it was. Instead she put the labour on me to call and come back tomorrow. I called at 9am and the employee there said they would call me back. They never did. I went in again and the employee there said it had just come in? No had called me though to let me know its whereabouts. When I asked for the manager/supervisor/owner's contact info, she was hesitant to give it to me? Citing that he was never there and that it was not his fault anyway??? I asked her if it's not the owner's responsibility to manage the service and attitudes of his employees then whose is it? Is no one accountable? I guess not.

Be careful when you give them your expensive coat. I gave my down winter jacket to dry clean to their dry cleaner in Verdun. It came back as dirty as before and down had clumps. My jacket was not fluffy. I could not wear it any more. Guess what, they took it back to fix the issues and returned with a stain on the front part instead. They managed to ruin my 1000$ coat twice! Moreover, when I complained and asked for a manager they told me that he came only once a week and could not deal with issues like mine since he was busy man.

I had to find a dry cleaner in the verdun area, Lagreen seemed to have good reviews so I went there. I did a test run with a couple of shirts. When I picked them up they seemed fine but when I got home I realized that the shirts were ironed at some point but got wrinkled during transportation to the dry cleaner. Because I transported the shirts for 5 minutes and they were hanging in my car. I thought maybe it's a one time mistake because most reviews were positive. Second test run for 3 shirts, it was worst this time.. Look at the pictures, the collars were destroyed and the shirts were wrinkly. At 5$ a shirt I'd expect a better service. Really disappointed since it's the closest dry cleaner with best reviews near my house.

Aujourd'hui nous somme vendredi et j'appelle pour demander quand le manteau sera prêt si je l'apporte à l'instant pour un "démoussage" et aucun des employés est en mesure de me dire qu'est ce que c'est avant que je leur décrive, on me dit qu'il ne peuvent pas toucher au manteau avant lundi (problématique pour moi qui ne peut pas aller au travail avec un manteau de ski) car le patron veut voir le manteau lui même avant que quelqu'un y touche, pour déterminer si ce sera offert ou non par eux pour compenser de leur erreur. Alors en bref on se moque des gens en disant que je dois demander un "démoussage" si j'en veux un et soudainement le service de "démoussage" n'existe pas et le patron veut le voir car il ne me fait pas confiance. Should have read the reviews. Brought in a suit coat and company jacket. Needed both for Friday. Told no problem. Suit coat bill said Wednesday @17:00. Arrived Thursday morning. Not there. The woman had no clue. Went Friday @ 17:30 to get both, only suit coat was there, not the company jacket I need for business in Toronto Monday. Another incompetent woman with attitude. No delivery Saturday: Warehouse is in Mtl. North. Closed Saturday. Which means my jacket will not be arriving in Verdun till the very minimum Monday, by which time I’ll be in Toronto. No remorse from staff. Unless you don’t need your articles for at least 10 days , stay away from this disaster zone.
