Je me suis dit qu'il n'y aurais surement pas de soucis et que s'il y aurait un problème il pourrait me contacter. Bref je reviens en ville le 23 au soir et je ne peux pas aller la récupéré le lendemain car tous est fermer pour la fête nationale. Donc je me pointe aujourd'hui même le jour ou j'en ai de besoin pour le mariage. Premièrement l'employée qui me servait à trouver ma robe en "boule" sur une radio dans le magasin. J'étais vraiment agacé de la voir comme ça... Deuxièment quand je l'ai pris j'ai constaté que rien n'avait été fait sur ma robe!!! J'ai commencer à paniquer et l'employée me disait avec un air tout à fait normal que en effet la robe n'a pas été faite. Non mais je le vois ben!! Comment ça se fait?! Ça fait plus d'une semaine que vous l'avez et j'ai même pas eu un coup de téléphone et sur ma facture c'était écrit que ça serait prêt pour mardi le 21 juin et on est le 25 et j'avais très bien dit à Johnny que j'en avais de besoin pour ce samedi!!! Je lui ai demander d'appeler Johnny qui n'était pas sur place et il a dit à son employé qu'il n'avait pas trouver le matériel nécéssaire et qu'elle serai prête Lundi. Non mais tu me niaises tu la?? Lundi?? J'en ai besoin aujourd'hui!!! Non mais quelle façon de traiter ses clients!! J'ai été terriblement déçu du service médiocre que j'ai eu en plus de devoir maintenant courir dans les magasins trouver une autre robe pour un mariage le jour même!! Merci Johnny pour ton service pitoyable!! Si on m'avait contacter quelque jours à l'avance pour m'avertir qu'elle ne serait pas prête à temps j'aurai fait preuve de compréhension mais la se pointer et se rendre compte sur place que ce n'est pas le cas c'est le comble!!! Je ne vous ferai jamais une bonne publicité!! Et j'aurais mis aucune étoile si cela était possible! Un gros zéro!!

Pourquoi ne pas me l'avoir dit avant??? Bref à chaque semaine on me disait qu'ils allait recevoir les patchs bientôt et elles seront posées. Fin novembre, je me suis tanné et je suis repassé prendre mon veston et on m'a même refusé de me rembourser. L'autre raison, la caissière sait pas comment... Il faut que je demandes au boss (que je n'ai jamais vu en 1 mois et demi sur place et qui répond à 50% de mes appels). C'est sans oublier la caissière qui me répond: de toute façon, un de plus ou de moins... Bref une indifférence à l'image de leur service.

Gave this pure delicate wool scarf and got back this, completely destroyed and tore at multiple places.
