Every Time I come here someone is cleaning which is really good and the machines are so quick !! 2 entrances were convenient when they were making the parking lot nicer ! They also sell boxes of bounce tide etc, the laundry bag was my favorite because the ones I brought were dirty, and the size of these are big. Awesome !!

Favourite dry cleaner, no competition. My down-filled coat was dry cleaned for LESS than the quoted price, on time, and the owner came to deliver my coat AFTER the dry cleaners had closed, at a custom time chosen by myself. I didn’t use the laundromat but there were more than enough washers and dryers, places to sit and TV playing. Located in a good plaza too if you want to shop or eat while you wait. Will return!

Fairly large place with lots of different machines of various sizes and pricing to accommodate anyone. They run on tokens that cost $1 a piece. The token machines can change quarters, loonies, toonies, fives, and I believe tens. Also, very clean place.

Great laundry mat. They are open early (6 am), so I try to get there earlier in the day as they can get busy. Some washers don't have a countdown, so you don't know when the cycles will be finished. It takes about 20-25 minutes to wash. Dryers do have a countdown clock. The machines take tokens, but they have cash to token dispenser that takes all currency denominations including change.

The owner is extremely helpful and went out of his way to show me how to use the token system and took me to each different washer and dryer, and explained how to use each one. They have a great selection of different sized machines that you can use as well. They are all very simple to use and you can wash and dry your laundry in under an hour. A great experience overall!!

The last time I came here the washer skipped the entire rinse cycle. Since the employee was on lunch I re washed my load. When I called to inform them of this they were adamant that their washer worked; as if I was being dishonest. However, my money was refunded by way of a dry cleaning discount but I won't return.

Not a bad place, although the price for a single load is outrageously high, 4 tokens for one load , that's 4$ just to wash and then another 2 tokens atleast for dryer so 6$ for one ... the medium sized washer for 6 tokens is not a good value also as u can only get 2 baskets in.. the bigger machine for 10 tokens is also not good 2 and 1/2 baskets fit in that, jammed packed also.... I'll be staying home next time to do laundry. Disappointed how things change cause it doesn't cost that much for laundry. I

I don't have to use a laundromat very often but when I do, this is the one to go to ! #1 reason is the cleanliness of the entire place. It is spacious, with lots of machines to choose from. I bring my duvets in because they have multiple machine sizes to choose from. I can do one duvet or all 4 and there is a machine to accommodate. I also appreciate the suggestions by the owners on which machines are the best to use so I'm not spending unnecessarily. Having a Tim Horton's in the same complex doesn't hurt ! We would recommend this location 100% !

Very clean and well-maintained laundromat! The larger washing machines are really handy for those larger items, such as duvets or blankets. The industrial dryers cut drying time by half compared to most home dryers on the market today! The owner is on top of machine maintenance and always willing to help with your laundry needs.

They have so many options in terms of machines I also love how if I use a twenty to get coins I always get my two free and it's great for drying I basically get a free dry . Here's a Laundry Shop that has 2 entrances and way more machines then some of the places I've been too and those of you might not want to frown. The machines here use tokens, no more quarters getting jammed in the machine or losing out on a extra wash or rinse. The owner is always there and provides laundry service as well...and if you forget your clothes there but later remember?....not to worry he's got your favourite coat and pants there waiting. It's unusual to find a business that keeps your clothes for a month waiting for you to come back in and claim them. Good atmosphere, clean and tidy place and always professionally maintained.

I had a very positive experience at Sauders Dry Cleaners recently. This laundromat has many washing machines, a few extra large ones to accommodate king size comforters, multiple dryers to choose from (perfect heat temperature), soap/sheet dispensers and coin machines. You can also choose to do a speedy wash and dry and be in and out of the laundromat in 45 minutes flat. Owners are new but seem to know what they are doing and very comfortable helping customers out with various tips and tricks of the trade. Lots of parking out front and in a convenient location with lots to do if you've got some time to kill. Best laundromat in the tri-cities hands down.

Went here because it was after hours at my normal laundry mat and this place is open later. Clearly that's the worst time of day to go. Won't be back

Just picked up my wedding dress! They did an amazing job. It rained on my wedding day, so the bottom of my dress was very muddy and dirty. I also had some self tanner stains on the inner lining. I thought it would all cost extra - but they only charged me the minimum fee and all the stains are gone! The young man who helped me was so kind and friendly. Would definitely recommend and bring my items here again!

I travel a lot for work and needed to do my laundry in Kitchener. Sauders was a great place. I was in and out in like 40 minutes. Plus, the owner was very helpful and knowledgeable on removing stains. The only downside is the place lacks wifi, but I barely had time to notice that.

This laundromat is so much more expensive than others I've been to. There are a good amount of machines but not all of my clothes came out clean. $4 for a small ineffective washer and $1 for 10 minutes of drying is an outrageous price. I'll be travelling further for better machines and prices next time.

I was in the other day & had to make time to write a review. I am from the states here on a business trip & needed a wash/dry of my clothes. The young lady working there was very helpful guiding me on what to do since I've never been to a laundromat before. Without her I would have been confused. The place was already tidy & when I came in she was cleaning & when I was leaving... again cleaning. I offered a tip at the end & she refused so I had to do something to show my appreciation & here I am. She wasn't kidding when she said the washers take 20 minutes & dry was also 20. At home this would have taken me hours. Anyways..... Great job ! 5 star.

Convenient and relatively organized. The location is good for grabbing a Tim Horton's coffee, a subway sandwich, or a DQ burger. Need more clothes? A thrift store is in the plaza. My main con is that many machines are dated. My dryer basically had one setting: hot.

I called in to get a quote for the cost to dry clean a long wool coat. The man who answered my call was very helpful and friendly. When I met him in person to drop off my coat, I was greeted with the same warmth and attentiveness. The cleaners did an amazing job getting out all of the marks and stains that I was concerned about. Now my coat looks brand new! On top of that , they were extremely quick. Dropped off on a Tuesday night, and they called Thursday afternoon to say it was done. Friendly staff, reasonable pricing and very quick. I will be back next time I need an item dry cleaned. Thank you!

I have never been to a laundromat bit after getting annoyed of dragging my laundry into another city I finally decided it was time to go to one. This place is amazing. It is extremely clean and easy to get into with their two entrances. There is also someone on location that is able to help you, if your not sure which machines you should use. The have front loaders and top loaders. Huge dryer! I was able to get a comforter and a duvet into one and also had room to spare! Definitely a great place to go!

My experience was awesome and deserves more than 5 stars. The gentleman who was in charge was so helpful as I was new to the Laundromat- He advised me as to which machines to use after reviewing the amount of laundry I had. He made suggestions as to which dryers to use to save time and if you follow his directions you will be happy. He also showed me how to make better use of the amount of slugs I would require. Now how many places will give you this service. While I was there more than one other customer made comments such as "Best dryers in town" I agree and I was also very happy on the short time I was there which also happened because of his direction. I would suggest that this is the place to go for the best service & results with your laundry

Sauders is fantastic! I regularly go there for dry cleaning and despite the lockdown and lots of adjustments having to be made, my dry cleaning still gets done in a timely manner and the staff is very flexible with when I can pick it up. I once had an issue with some clothing getting discoloured while dry cleaning and when I brought it up to the staff, the issue was addressed almost immediately. I was provided with the reasons why discolouring may occur and options on how to resolve it. In addition to all the extra steps they have to take in response to COVID-19, they are doing a great job and maintain a positive, customer focused attitude! Would highly recommend!!

Best customer service ever! I come once a week and this weekend was packed due to the long weekend. I always use a 7 token machine and both were being used. Every machine was in use except one 9 token machine. The owner offered to cover the cost of 2 tokens for me to use the machine so I didn't have to wait 20 minutes for the machine I wanted. Struggling to find a reputable dry cleaner, I went to Sauders for the first time this week. I have to say, they know what they're doing! Very friendly customer service, professional approach and VERY knowledgeable about how to properly clean your items. I brought in a fairly expensive suit jacket with a nasty stain and I was very nervous about getting it cleaned. When I came to pick it up, Andrew explained the process to me about what they did. Best laundromat in KW hands down! It is large with 2 separate rooms of washers and dryers, and I personally love that it uses tokens (which can take quarters, $1, $2, $5, $10 and even $20 bills). They have a great selection of different sized/priced machines and not to mention the washing cycles are by far the fastest I have come across at a laundromat. Very clean as well. Will happily make the longer drive to this laundromat over others closer to me for all these reasons but MAINLY because there are hardly any machines out of order, which is nice to see.

I just moved, so this was my first (and only) time going here. it is so much more expensive than my regular laundromat; the dryers cost double what I used to pay. on top of that, the washing machines did not do a good job of washing my baby towels/blankets. afterwards, most of them looked as dirty as when they went in. I had to rewash all of them in my bathtub. at $4 a wash load, I shouldn't have to be washing things again at home. I wouldn't waste my time coming here again, and will gladly be taking the 2 buses need to get to my old laundromat.

Always clean maxhines work perfectly ... they have the jumbo lovers and they leave clothes ACTULLY clean machines done smell either which was the first thing I noticed Tokens are required to use wash and dry only issue I found was the strenuous task of loading coins for tokens .. lol Otherwise love this place

Great place to get your laundry done all at once!!! Very clean. The staff is always very helpful and very friendly. Great location!!! If there are any issues, with any of their many machines available, someone is always a call away and will show up promptly to fix it. The dry cleaning service is very convenient and done when you need it. I don't go to any other place....

Great customer service. The owners are upfront & honest with their customers. I had no idea what I was doing & they easily could have told me to stick to the large washer I had chosen, therefore spending more money but they saved me money by directing me to a smaller machine - without even asking them!
