I went to try on wedding dresses yesterday day and had a very bad experience with the lady that was helping me. When I told her that I was just browsing she automatically became very rude and unprofessional while dealing with me. I managed to try on 2 dresses but they were 1-2 sizes too small and she started telling me repeatedly that I shouldn't be looking for dresses yet and that I need to lose weight and then come back. I didn't plan on losing weight for my wedding because I am a petite person and this lady decided herself that I needed to lose weight. After that she rushed me back into the change room and rushed my family and I out of the store. We all felt very unwelcomed in the store because of this lady and felt that she didn't care to help me because she wouldn't make a sale that day.

Nothing on trend or nice, staff will sort of harass you to get you to buy stuff. Some stuff is way overpriced for what it is.

Interesting location with lots of choice. I didn't end up buying due to the "one-size fits all" sales approach the (I think?) Owner was using. I felt very pressured and there is so little hesitation around significant promises regarding alterations that it felt like they would say anything to get the sale.

I think it's one of the cheapest places to get a garment hemmed. The main woman who runs it is quite friendly and could be a movie star! :D Bought a cologne from her years ago that I still have that's still good. When a hem wasn't right on one pair of pants, she re-did it impeccably and with no hesitation or attitude. The lack of an extra star merely consists of whenever you pick your item up, it looks like an unorganized zoo, and due to this, other workers often have trouble locating your pickup; causing for a tad bit of temporary anxiety. I still return because they put pride in their work and are friendly.

My mother-in-law booked an appointment to get her dress altered at this place a few days ago. She changed her mind so I took the appointment instead. I had my sister-in-law buy something for me there a week ago and I needed to exchange it since it was the wrong size. Today, I got there 15 minutes early and I had to wait for the guy to open the store. When I told him that I'm keeping my mother-in-law's appointment and that I needed to exchange something, he didn't want to deal with me. He gave me excuses that he doesn't know how to do the exchange, and I told him that I couldn't come back anymore so I asked him nicely if he could just take the item that I have and give me the right size. I also told him that I was willing to wait for the right person who deals with exchanges but he wouldn't hear any of what I was trying to say. Mind you, we were outside of the store talking and it was so hot today. He didn't want to open the store for me. He told me to book another appointment since "he's not the one who deals with exchanges". He was so rude and told me that he has an appointment, which was so weird because I was the one who has an appointment with him at that time. He couldn't wait to walk away from me and I was still talking to him. So rude. Please do not go here. Save your money or take your business somewhere else.

Strange and aggressive salesperson. Approached my 13 yr old daughter while I was right there with her twin looking at dresses. " Do you like this dress....what do you like?!" My daughter shyly said " Umm no..I like coral" . Then the salesperson starts pulling out coral dresses and says" This is coral, do you like this?!"..a few times. Said it each time." This is coral do you like this? " "This is coral do you like this".I could see she was making my daughter uncomfortable so I said "We are just looking around at this point". And she says " Just showing coral ".

I purchased my daughter's flower girl dress here and was very pleased. They had a good selection and prices were much less than those fancy bridal stores. I noticed that a lot of their stuff is made in the US or Canada, so the quality is fantastic. Staff was also very pleasant and helpful, highly recommend this shop!
