I just got my jacket back from getting the zipper replaced, I paid $50.60 for a hack job. This is a $400 jacket. The jacket is dirtier now then what it was when I brought it in . The stitching isn’t lined properly and there’s a hole in the fabric of the jacket, which cannot be fixed .

I have only ever taken pants to this place to get hemed but they did a good job and it's super cheap. The guy charges like $5 for pants! Nice guy too!

Dropped off a golf bag that needed a new slider ( simple job). The guy told me to come back the next day so, I did. When I got there.. he told me he didn't have the correct slider in the morning. I realized nothing was done to my bag to fix it at all. So escially just wasted my time. I asked him how much longer it would be and he said 15 minutes ( meanwhile nothing was even done to the bag.) He was going to charge $20 for a simple task like that. He told me to come back and then he would do it. NOPE. waste of time.

I had a coat and a pair of pants hemmed here and was really happy with their work. The tailor quoted me a week and the items were ready in time - a week isn't fast, of course, but the prices are great and I probably procrastinated bringing the items in for a year so what's an extra week? I haven't been during the pandemic so I'm not sure what their precautions are like.

My daughter needed her fully sequenced bridesmaid dress to be let out (a lot) and lengthened. It didn't seem like it there was any room for it but he made it work somehow. We dropped it off before the rehearsal went back two hours later and the dress was a perfect fit. He doesn't talk much... or smile, but he does excellent work.

The work done here is absolute garbage. I took a shirt here because the stitching around the button holes had frayed. The picture below is a button hole as seen from the OUTSIDE of the shirt after the guy had "fixed" it. I could do a better job by putting my shirt in the dryer with a needle and thread and letting it tumble around. Never again.
