Heidi was professional, helpful and very patient. It Is a delight working with her. I have lost a great deal of weight during this recent and Heidi agreed to have my jacket, pants and a shirt altered. In addition she has very good taste and takes me to places of attire where I had not previously been comfortable for clothing selections. I have known Heidi for several years now. Heidi and her team are very welcoming and non-judgmental, regardless of your size. I used to joke that prior to Heidi, I shopped at TFFM (too fat for Macys lol). She knows her craft, and ensures that all of her customers look like a million bucks, regardless of what they are spending. She is as courteous for an order of collar stays as she is for an order of multiple suits and sport coats. A class act, a warm smile and 5 Star service - you can't lose!
