I walked in to STC while walking around downtown. Nice store, but the service was horrible. The salesman walked out from behind and said hello, but then never followed up with how can I help you? Instead he stood there to watch me and my wife like we were going to steal something. This older white gentlemen walked in and the salesman quickly said, hi sir, how can I help you? This is unacceptable. For that reason, I will not come back to your shop. The climax of this story is that EVERYONE is a customer and deserves to be treated as such.

It’s like the Nordstrom men’s department, but without all the junk, and some of the stuff is on sale. Incredible store I hope they have a long term lease!

Really enjoy products from this store. Am acquiring more and more of their stuff everyday. My personal favorite is a cashmere and merino blend stocking hat, which is both stylish and warm...and also it's very comfy.
