Early review score: Hi Scores for the site and staff. Low scores for those prices: $40 tees, $70 sweats, 170 for jackets, $100 backpacks. Ouch. Oh and they need to turn that Party Rock music down to a 2 please, my ears. Guess I'll do what everyone else is doing right now and get Kraken gear at Costco. My buddy got a sweet hoodie there for $24!

My first visit to the Kraken Team Store and it was awesome. I am excited about hockey coming to Seattle and was excited to visit the store. I was there to pickup a hockey stick for the inaugural season... A thank you to the season ticket holders, but decided to check out the store as well. It was empty (late afternoon, rainy Sunday) but that was good considering current issues. The store is clean, well stocked and the staff is helpful and friendly. I will be back again to get more gifts for friends/family. Well worth the visit.

A pretty spiffy shop tucked among the yacht shops and docks of south Lake Union. The parking is only a buck but it requires a smart phone, which would be prohibitive for some people. Even though the Kraken haven’t formed a team yet, the shop boasts of a wide variety of goods with many logo variations.

Parking can be a hassle, but ready enough on transit. Staff is very helpful but it's a bit confusing where to go to checkout since the registers aren't easily visible from another room. A bit of remodeling and clear signage would really open this place up.

Great centralized location on South Lake Union. Tamara and her staff are very safe, friendly and helpful throughout the store with new merchandise seemingly every week. A great community spot for the newest Seattle hockey team!

Wow. I'm blown away by how amazing this location is. It was clean, following all protocol. There were so many options and everyone was super nice. We were given time to find what we wanted and I feel like the change over from being a super Red Wings fan to cheering for the Kraken is going to be a super easy switch! You do have to pay to park and parking is limited at the cove itself, so be aware! There is also street parking but this is right near Mercer, so you can imagine... be mindful of parking.

Horrible customer service! Have been trying for a week now to get ahold of someone for my double charge on swag I purchased. Finally got someone to reply to me - to tell me- if you can’t get to one of our stores someone will call you. Replied immediately and still 4 days later no call. Tried calling the 1-800 # and you can’t speak to anyone- it just directs you to an email.

Store is nice if you need some kraken stuff quickly. Not as much selection as I hoped but still found some stuff that I was looking for. Prices are high but typical for a sports team. Next time I will probably just order online so I have more to choose from.

Can I say I've been a Kraken fan from the beginning if I bought a whole bunch of gear before they've ever played a game? This store is beautiful and well-stocked for all of your Kraken needs! And they even had stuff on sale already. Been waiting for the jerseys to go on sale, but they're still a month out and will have to order online.

Very clean and good social distancing. A little far from the usual tourist spots, but it is a good excuse to visit the wooden boat museum. Wish they had 30 min parking rates - so expect to leave someone in the car or pay too much for parking for a quick trip.

Thr Kraken team store is packed full of Seattle's new hockey team's gear and memorabilia. Parking outside can be a bit of a pain, especially during work hours since the spots are also for people working nearby. Inside, the staff is very friendly and they have a good amount of choices in terms of clothing. The prices are as expected, pretty high. They have sales sometimes which is when you should end up buying though. If you're looking to gear up for the upcoming season, this is where to go. For season ticket holders, this is also where to pick up your free inauguration hockey stick, so bring your code in when you visit.

Worth the trip, and treasures. Staff were helpful. Shop wasn't too busy, and the staff were quick to help. (At this time there's a month(ish) wait on personalized jerseys...but you can always come back in)

I really enjoyed going down there. You can get lots of really cool kraken stuff here. I would recommend going here if you want to show off your team spirit. They have shirts and hockey sticks to some of the oddest things. Definitely good quality items in the store. A very friendly atmosphere.

Anxiously awaiting the arrival of the puck drop for the Kraken’s inaugural season. Until then, this is the closest we will get to on-the-ice Kraken action. Wide selection of apparel, accessories, and memorabilia.

Boring. It was a totally uninspired shop selling uninteresting merch. The shop had no soul and no discernable design aesthetic. Where's the sports vibe? Where's the excitement? Most of that stuff looked like it could have been free promotional shwag from a trade show. But at major league prices. Meh. I hope the team brings more to the ice than this ghost shop.

After hearing the news about us having an official hockey team, I got stoked and wanted to show support. I'm not much of a sports person but I've always enjoyed watching compilations of hockey players duking it out on the ice rink. That being said, the store has a pretty straightforward layout and a vast variety of apparel and accessories you can pick up. I grabbed a fitted cap and Kraken logo hoodie. The hoodie is a really soft material and is pretty light to wear. Staff are pretty helpful in addressing any questions you may have as well as ensuring people are socially distancing. When you enter the store, you'll need to read and answer a few questions regarding your health, primarily addressing symptoms correlated to Covid-19. They'll then take your temperature and if your reading is acceptable, you'll be let in to the store.

Customer service is awful. Store is supposed to open at 10 but the one employee who works there didn’t bother to unlock the door until 10:40. Ordered personalized jersey - was told it would be in by Christmas. Tried emailing them to get a status because you can’t speak to a live person at the 800 number. No response on email. Went by the store, not ready. Ridiculously overpriced and poor service.

Went down today to pick up my sons Christmas jersey! The young gentleman that helped me let me say he was no help! His customer service needs lots of help! He was rude when I asked for a bag, wouldn't bag it for me. It seemed to me he just wanted to get away from me! And to think I wanted to try to get 2 tickets for several games! Sorry Kraken!

Disappointing for the "flagship" store to not have women's jerseys. One employee didnt know much so wasnt helpful. Another walked away from me mid explanation because something else that interrupted us was more important. Cashless, really?

I was expecting a pop-up shop since we are over a year from playing, but this store is great. They have an amazing staff and everything I wanted for the team. They did not have jerseys though.

They put me on the “waitlist” for a Jersey and never called to tell me it was in. Went into the SLU store because I was only able to speak to the automated voice message when calling. I asked when the jerseys will be in and they told me they sold them all then told me that other locations had them even though they didn’t. I get that these jerseys are in high demand, but don’t lie to the customer about being on the waitlist. The only thing I can do is write this review (Never in my life have I done this) Employees are nice and apologetic, but don’t seem informative of what’s going on with how everything operates. Also, the guy ahead of me got a text saying that his order was ready for pick up and they weren’t able to find it. I feel like I’m not the only one being misinformed.
