I have no idea how they keep ahead of the lazy customers who put nothing back while unfolding everything. I do appreciate how they keep ahead of the lazy shoppers and am glad I don't have to deal with it as a consumer.

It's a clothing store that's also a major retail chain. In typical Nordstrom fashion though it's cleaner and has nicer brands than your competing toss or Marshalls. I bought something and the line to check out indicated that most people do buy something from here when they visit. Would recommend for clothes, not for food though.

I came to this store with a return last Sunday. I had my receipt and the item had still had tags on it. I waited in line as the woman at returns moved through a couple of other people’s returns with glacial speed. Others in the line behind me actually went through the regular checkout because it was moving faster than the returns line. I handed my items over and was told with no preamble that I was outside of the return window on the item and needed to take the item, she couldn’t return it. I asked if there was anything that could be done, store credit or anything. She said brusquely said no and offered no apology or understanding. I asked about extended returns due to COVID, she said it’s 60 days and I was still outside if it. (Note that I was only 3 days past 60)I understand policy is policy, however I do expect more as far as courtesy from employees of a company like Nordstrom. The interaction was extremely off-putting and I left the store frustrated, skipping looking the items on my list, and am reluctant to return.

We brought back some items purchased months ago to return. The sales associate that helped us was very friendly and went out of her way to find the old purchase. Excellent customer service. It's small and the selection is pretty limited, but it's convenient for Kirkland residents and folks on the 405 corridor. I'd give it a lower score if it weren't so handy to other places I shop and eat. It's right next to Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, MOD pizza, and Chipotle, so the convenience makes up for the lack of variety.

I love Nordstrom Rack and this place operates and looks the same as any other. I do find that this location does not always have the largest selection—it is comparatively quite small. They also seem to not have a ton of designer clearance for that is what your are hunting for, but I am curious to see how that will change as COVID progresses.

Nice new facility that is well kept. The selection is ok and limited due to the size of the store. The biggest issue I have here is they are always understaffed. Every time I have been in it's been a 10 minute wait to get checked out and none of the associates on the floor seem to be interested in the mobile checkout that other Nordstrom Rack locations offer. All in all given the choice I would go to a different Rack.

Bought one thing, on clearance for 20 dollars. Was asked if I wanted to be a rewards member. I said no. The cashier was pushy and insisted. I finally gave in, and she signed me up for a credit card I didn't want. To top it off, they charged me 60 dollars for the item when it was marked 20. I know most of this is my fault for not speaking up, but I'm saying this because one, their cashiers seem to have to meet requirements in credit card sign ups, and two, their clearance items don't ring up correctly. I would advise any introverts to NOT shop here.

Should be called Rack for Women. The men's section was tiny and the selection looked like it was straight out of a Value Village. I like the one in Bellevue and they were built right around the same time. If you're looking for men's clothes, stay away from this one and head to Bellevue instead.

We went to look at makeup and toys. The makeup look like a child ransacked the whole area. Stuff was open, no boxes and missing outer layer of the containers. Eyeshadow palettes had pans broken out. The only redeeming quality was there were a few lip items that didn't look super questionable. The prices were not worth the broken items. Toys had an okay selection. There is definitely better selection and prices at TJ Maxx or Home Goods. The children's clothing selection was also sad. Prices are not worth what you're getting. I'd rather shop at Target, Carter's or TJ Maxx. I've seen better Nordstrom Racks. It's not my favorite store, but this location was particularly sad.

Nice clothes, decent prices but I had to refuse to sign up for their rewards program 5 times before the cashier let me pay and leave. I'm not joking. I kept politely refusing and she just kept saying how easy it was and mentioning all the perks. I told her I didn't want to make a snap decision right there at the register and took a brochure, but she just kept trying to talk me into it. I spent about 10 minutes trying to pay and leave. She was very nice, but I shouldn't have had to say no so many times.

So the store is interesting with the escalator entrance and the selection is pretty solid, but I have noticed the Rack's discounts have gotten punier and punier. I have to say though, I detest the parking lot it shares with its lower floor neighbor Trader Joe's and will park on the AT&T/Verizon side if I return. The arrows to park are ignored by idiot drivers and the lanes are too narrow for 2 way driving. It should have angled parking to both make it easier to back out of the narrower single lanes, but to further drive home to the morons who ignore those arrows on the pavement that you go 1-way. Luckily I passed SUVs in a sedan, avoiding side mirror collisions.

I was waiting in line alone, no body else was there but while I was waiting there was one employee helping a customer while 5 other workers just stood at the registers talking. I made eye contact with one of the ladies and she just continued talking. I walked up and asked someone to help me but none of them said anything. When I was helped, the employee was rude. I went there twice to purchase something and do a return, very bad customer service.

I bought from here women's shoes for my girlfriend and they was to small.. when I was coming back to exchange them or return them they told me the recit is not matching with the shoes and they can't do nothing.. I spend 85$.. for what is this recit and for what they say they can accept de return in 45 days if was only 3 days and for their mistake I will lose this money and my time.. I will never come back here.. This is second time when I have problems with them. . The worst store ever

This store is horribly mismanaged and is anxiety-inducing. It’s also really hot so you’ll be sweating by the time you leave. You’ll definitely always get a solid 10 minutes of waiting in line even when the line looks very short. Save yourself the headache and hassle and just go to a different location.

Very messy thru the whole store and the bathrooms were dirty with toilet paper on the floor in which some of it had been used, toilet seat liners were on the floor, waste basket flowing over onto the floor. I let an employee know that the bathroom was dirty and she didn't seem to care to much about it. Not sure if I will go back there to shop.!!!

12/26 seattle first snow day, bad road condition. I received an email that an online order has to be picked up within 3 days. Otherwise it will be sent back. Before leaving house, I checked today' store hour on website, 6:00pm. I arrived at store 4:04pm. The store manager Dustin "the store closed. Today we closed at 4:00pm". I stated that I am here just to pick up an online order, it is very difficult to drive here today, and the weather won't be any better in the next couple days... NO I cannot let you in. What a disappointment ???? Please post the store hour online accurately.

I needed to return shoes, but I didn’t bring a receipt with me. I stopped anyway knowing that I have debit card that I’ve made purchase with, and I also have Norstrom account. To start, both employees, cashier and her ménager were very unpleasant to work with and very judgemental. Cashier checked recant purchases under my card number, and said that she cannot find the item at all. At that point menager was invited. I asked them if they could maybe find it under our Nordstrom account number. Long time ago when we made an online purchase, we opened Nordstrom account under my husband’s name and phone number. So I gave them number and some unknown latin female name came up. I told them that that’s a wrong name, and they looked at me suspiciously and with an attitude. So I showed them my husband’s number on my phone, and calmly explained that this is his phone number and I know that I purchased shoes there. They called Nordstrom customer services and they also confirmed that that number/ account is under my husband’s name. That’s when the final shock came. The employee said to me- “She is maybe also using your husband’s account?” It was implied that my husband is cheating on me?!! I was shocked, and was getting ready to leave. Than they made a return, issued me a gift card for that amount, never apologized for unprofessional and rude behavior. I said there and with this review again that my foot will never step in to that store again. My whole day was ruined, and this is the first time that I’m giving someone a bad review. I would give 0 stars if that was an option.
