Super clear communication! Safely practicing COVID guidelines too! Went in to get a zipper replaced and Juhee was determined to make it match the color, even when I originally asked for just a black one. When I was in my car about to leave, she came up to my window and said that she would also fix a hole in the dress for no extra charge!!

Juhee is an absolute lifesaver (as well as my friend who recommended Juhee!) My friend and her mother had been loyal customers of Juhee’s for many years and my friend PRAISED Juhee for always handling their garments with incredible care and expertise, even working wonders on a few items that they didn’t think were salvageable. I was sold. I took a wedding dress for alteration and another dress for dry cleaning after an epic failure of washing it myself. Juhee did an amazing job with both of my dresses and went above and beyond my expectations. As for my wedding dress, it needed to be hemmed to the perfect length to accommodate for walking and showing a bit of my shoes. I told Juhee that the actual wedding shoes might differ from the ones that I had brought to the fitting, and Juhee hemmed it with this information in mind. What an amazing listener she was. She nailed it on the first try because it was THE perfect length matching the new shoes and the dress looked and moved flawlessly on the wedding day. As for the other casual dress, Juhee brought it back to life and sewed a button snap to fix the deep V-neck for no extra charge! In terms of service, Juhee is fantastic and so caring. She had my dress ready for me to wear for our second fitting but due to lack of time from my end, I just picked it up without trying it on. She was so concerned about the fitting that she followed up via text and said I could bring it in any time before the wedding for a last-minute adjustment. Bless her heart. Furthermore, I really appreciated how her price was fixed. The price she charged at the first visit was the price for the alteration no matter what she needed to fix after each fitting. I highly recommend Juhee to anyone and everyone. I’ve already recommended her to all of my family, and I’ll be using Juhee’s service from this point on. Thank you SO much, and I'll see you shortly!! p.s. - I'm holding up the dress in the photo NOT because it's too long but because I'm appreciating the special shoes that my husband gifted me!

Love this place! I’ve only come here once, but I had an expensive Dior skirt I bought from Paris and I needed it to be taken in. They tailored it perfectly and now I wear it all the time. I’m taking all my stuff there now.

This woman can take a centimeter off of a suit or even re-design shorts. I had her do many, many shorts of mine that the legs were too wide and they are better to ride bikes with. Great alteration place and now they are my new drycleaner too.

I have been so excited to finally rave about Juhee's Alterations! I took my wedding dress in sometime in February 2013. She and her husband are very kind, and respectful and are knowledgeable about the work they do and take the time to explain all of it to you. One of my biggest concerns was being criticized for being plus sized, but it was the complete opposite! Juhee made me feel beautiful, and her alterations are absolutely amazing! I have a lot of bead work on my dress, but she worked through all of that and gave me exactly what I asked for. She pressed my dress too which was so nice. She is a master at her craft, and very, VERY reasonably priced, I wasn't disappointed once. I would recommend her to everyone!

I have a stuffed animal/pillow that was given to me as a gift. A friend's dog tore it open. Juhee's Alterations did a great job of cleaning it and sewing it back up! Top quality work. EDIT: Also a friend of mine screwed up a zipper on my jacket. I brought the jacket to Juhee's and they were able to get the zipper unzipped in a few minutes and didn't charge me. Great place!

Best customer service, VERY fair price too. Good to know I van rely on a place like this not that I need to go often. This is my third trip there and they remember me everytime which is very homey feeling being greeted by huge warm smiles. I love my coat but feared the price or potential impossibility to wear it because of some stains I had on it and because I've put on a pound or two or etc. They were polite and didn't make me feel bad when they asked if I knew what had caused the srains and I didn't remember. Also, what I feared might be elaborate and too spendy to take the coat out cause of the weight gain ended up being $4 thats right FOUR dollars to move two buttons over a little for me and that included the price of giving them new buttons as my old ones were wearing down. They also cut me a deal to repair holes in the pocket and even patuently gave their genuine thought out reasons why they liked the aesthetics of the button selection I made when I asked for their experienced opinion. Awesome spot, will return and refer people everytime. Peace and thanks

I went to Juhee’s alteration to cut my pants, and i found out they make masks. So I bought 10 masks for my family. It’s made out of cotton . Washable and pretty.. i like it a lot.

Highly recommend Juhee as a tailor. She did a perfect job with adding sleeves to and taking in my fully lined dress for a formal event. The dress looked like it was never altered. She was also easy to work with and very responsible. If I need anything altered in the future, I’ll be going back to her place. Thanks for everything. I’ll mention just one flaw: because she doesn’t do the dry cleaning herself, you can’t speak to the dry cleaner directly about your concerns or anything.

Fantastic! I had a broken zipper & seam on an outdoor cushion & needed a quick turn around. I went in, she said to come back in 3 days. Not only were they fast, but they fixed the issues & it only cost $15! I’ve since brought in my favorite pair of jeans that needed a patch on the bum pocket (they look amazing & you’d never know they’v been patched), as well as dry cleaning. Absolutely recommend!

They were quick and accurate. Very kind and easy to work with. They even went out of their way to make a mask out of the excess fabric of my dress (I’m short so there was a lot!). They were flexible when I was missing some materials upon pick up as well. I’ll definitely be using them again.

Worst dry cleaning place I have ever been. I noticed the stains on the sleeve of my jack and the back when I picked it up. When I questioned about the stains, the owner said its because my coat was dirty with bad attitudes. Why would I want to pay a clean jacket to a dry cleaning place? Instead of giving me an apology, she blamed on my jacket. Of course, I got mad and raised my voice on her. Anyway, if anybody wants to get clean clothes out of Juhee alterations and dry cleaning, you'd better make sure your clothing is clean before taking down there.
