friendly reliable service. I had a zipper replaced on a Patagonia down winter jacket. Replacement was well done, $50, took one week, no surprises, a and a couple zipper color options to choose from. I also had a patch sewn on to a trucker hat. sew job was as expected. only issue was that at 3pm on the Monday their card reader/interac was "down" and my only option was to pay cash. Overall, I was quite satisfied with their job of replacing the zipper on a favorite winter jacket.

I have to say that after seeing some of the other reviews I was a little skeptical since one of the repairs I needed done was quite complex (inside lining of a jacket collar needed to be replaced). But the lady there did it MUCH better than I even expected, adding quilted stitching patterns to the material and it looked AMAZING...even better than the original (its was a Belstaff jacket). Also had some stretch jeans hemmed and some button repairs made to another jacket. All in all very good service, and the price was reasonable.

Awful experience - they sewed through a pocket and sealed it shut and they have no care for their work. Its sloppy and damaging.

I have been visiting Super Sew for many years now in Kingston. The services are reasonably priced, and fast. I have never had an issue with any of the alterations which have included pant hemming, letting out pants, and suit jacket tailoring. I would highly recommend to anyone in Kingston.
