Some of the best customer service in Kingston. Their products are the highest quality a girl could ask for and their product guarantees and in house tailoring services cant be beat. I also love a great deal in their we made too much section.

Best shopping experience at a Lululemon by far! Everyone was helpful, even if they were between shifts. All questions answered happily :). If I lived closer, I would definitely shop here. Other stores should learn what the management team does here and copy!

Disgraceful. I went in to buy my partner a scrunchie hairband with the intention of using the offered military discount, only to be given a disgusted look from the cashier and told that the only way I can use the discount is if I purchase something for myself. Shame on you for making discriminatory presumptions and ultimately losing my business.

A little out to f the way if your looking for a quick shop but closest Lululemon to me by far. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the products. There is definitely a sticker shock here but the product is pretty great and their satisfaction guarantee is worth it. Since it's the only Lululemon for quite a distance they tend to be low on stock on a lot of things. I really just go to try before I buy online as they don't usually have the size and colour I want.

Shopped at this store 3 weeks ago spent almost 300. Asked about the first responders discount and the cashier said they werent offering it anymore. Last week I was looking at ways to save and was shocked to see that you are still doing it. Maybe educate your educators a little more so this doesn't happen.

I like lululemon, but not enough to have to wait over an hour to get in and spend my money! I called just before arriving and parking, to ask whether the store was open, no one said: oh by the way, there’s an hour’s wait time to get in, on a Monday afternoon. Check before shopping. Totally ridiculous when people openly shop at groceries, Costco, Walmart, and dine at restaurants.

I stopped there on a day trip to Kingston. I didn’t really need to buy anything, but I checked it out just to see if there was any difference (price, customer service, etc...) between the ones I’ve visited in the US. I did end up buying a couple things. This store seemed to have a great variety of clothing and the cashier who helped me was friendly.

I've spent over $1000 in the last 3 weeks. when I went today to pick up my latest purchase, the employee asked me when I was due. I am not pregnant at all and I left in tears. I'm so upset, I've been working hard on losing weight so this was a pretty horrible experience for me.

Wonderful customer service! A few months ago I bought a pair of socks from here and a small hole developed in seam of the heel. I brought them into the store and they immediately asked me to choose another pair and to trade my old ones in, no questions asked.

If your a military guy buying for your wife, daughter, sister etc or vise versa. Dont tell them its a gift, say its for you or you cant use a discount. They would rather you impersonate someone else then be honest.

Horrible customer service. 5 staff to 1 customer ratio unnecessary when they are not allowing customers in. Staff at the door lied and said they had room for one so I left my teenager in the truck then miraculously they were full no one entered no one left. I was desperate for work clothes and they were looking at least a 200$ sale. Taking my business elsewhere from now on .
