Took a pair of my favorite jeans in that ripped along the back pocket. She told me a week and they were repaired nicely. For $10. Extra she offers 1 day service.

She fantastic, I had an old favorite sweater that had a few holes in it and she managed to make it look nearly brand new. She also altered a light field jacket that was draping over me to much more fitted look.

Deeply unsatisfied. I went to a fitting for my prom dress two weeks before my prom and had initial alterations done. I went back for a second fitting five days before prom and I needed a minor alteration to take in the waist of my dress. I was told that this could not be done because she did not have enough time. I wanted my dress to look perfect for my senior prom and was devastated and panicking. I called up another local seamstress and she immediately said she could do it. She took me in right away and saved the day for me! I would not recommend this seamstress to anyone.

Stopped in to get a pair of overalls fitted; well worth the cost, and it wasn't much! Very friendly staff, and the finished product was exactly what I expected! Strong recommendation!

I would highly recommend using Kingston Alterations. She is very good, extremely kind and her prices are good. She originally told me that a pair of pants that I needed altered would take several days, which was not unreasonable at all but I shared the fact that I couldn't wait because I needed them for a family funeral. She didn't hesitate and put my order ahead & I was able to pick them up prior to the wake. Family run businesses need our support & I strongly recommend this one.

Kathie is truly a gifted and personable seamstress. She altered a beautiful tiered dress for me to wear to a wedding and did a wonderfully professional job of not only taking the gown up but taking it in on top! Just be sure to give her enough time before your event because she gets very busy. I like her suggestions for alterations too. She wants you to look your best.

Too expensive she took advantage of my friends and I. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I would give 0 stars if I could. She charged us 40 dollars for putting on 2 simple patches. Any other dry cleaner easily under 15. I would recommend any other place, too over priced with no integrity. Any other place would have at least dry cleaned it for that much. Plus my friend had an issue with one of her buttons, and she said she doesn't do buttons.... So I don't know what what she does do other than rip people off.
