My experience was very satisfied ...with the owner working in the establishment it makes a big difference in cleanliness and the repairs to machines are do e right away also the bathrooms are kept supplied and clean replenished and Dino has been in the business a long time and knows what his customers expecting short anyone needing laundromat or drycleankng service you will be impressed with this one also available is wash and fold service and the triple washing machines great for families saves to.e and money

Arrived there at 7pm to do a few loads of laundry with a friend and didn’t realize the laundromat closes at 8pm. Gino went above and beyond in allowing us to finish drying and folding the loads that were still wet at 8pm. Very friendly, professional and not to mention patient with us. I would say that this is Kingston’s top laundromat- Excellent customer service, very clean, lots of efficient machines, dryers are quick even with large comforters and bath towels!! Thanks again Gino!! Was a pleasure doing laundry at Kingslake Coin Laundry!! :)

Great large capacity washing machine, I brought my king comforter here since it’s so big it won’t fit into our home washer. The employee was very helpful in guiding me how to operate the machines and he even told me how many quarters to put into the dryer for average dry time for such a large blanket. Thank you!!????

Dino and his laundromat are TOP NOTCH!! I hadn't been to a laundromat in over 20 years and his was amazing!! I also suffer from extreme anxiety and he was very helpful in making me not only comfortable but assisted in ensuring I could get all my loads done as quickly as possible. I went in with a massive amount of laundry due to a break down of my home set and it piling up, plus a leak in my water heater which meant I had to wash everything at once!! Dino bless your kind heart, the great conversation and the making me feel so comfortable !! I will only ever suggest Kingslake Coin Laundry!!! Beyond amazing people and establishment!!! As long as my system is fown I will be returning weekly and will always return for big items (like my daughter's 4 foot moose stuffy)!! .

The cleanest coin laundry in Kingston! Dino does not stop... always paying attention to details (sweeping, disinfecting machine buttons and surfaces). Machines are well-maintained and rarely, if ever, out of order. As a busy mom, I like to get the laundry done in one shot, or have all the bedding washed, dried, home, and back on the bed in 2 hours. What a godsend Kingslake has been while our washing machine needed replacing and waiting for new model to arrive. Very thankful for Dino and his respectful team, who are attentive to the current rules surrounding COVID-19, and ensuring that his patrons are well-protected. He will protect his establishment and stand up for what is right! So thankful to have met Dino and his wife, who have become like "laundry family" to our family!

Very helpful and kind staff, even when I put the soap in the fabric softener dispenser, they let my items rewash on their dime. I don't go to laundromats usually, but my comforter would not fit into my own washing machine, I would highly recommend this location, clean open and very friendly!

Hey, Nick Voordoch... I go to that laundry all the time because I am in a wheelchair and the next nearest one I can get in is pretty far from me... I know the bald guy you are talking about, never had a problem with him or any other staff there: I agree with most of the other posts. Maybe it's not him... just sayin'... This place would be my first choice even if I wasn't handicapped... Place is clean, machines are clean, staff ARE friendly, what more can a person want from a coin laundry?

I’ve been coming to this laundry mat on and off since 2012, but whenever I have the owner is always extremely kind and accommodating, even when I came in an hour and a half before closing. He was kind enough to make sure I had change for the large loader, and told me exactly how long it would take so I could go to the store and come back. He even gave me helpful tips for drying my comforter, and ensured me I could stay longer if needed. He’s always been kind and friendly, very sociable, and I will continue to use his laundry mat. He is also very careful with cleaning and has up to date and working machines.

Best price for a good wash & dry. COVID-19 safety guidelines are in place! Overall a clean and safely ran business. Would definitely recommend!

The guy running this place told me to "learn the law" when he denied me a public and essential service when I walked in with no mask. He doesn't understand the exemptions on the by-law therefore he is getting this rating. If he would allow people to wash their laundry without discriminating, I will gladly change this rating. Discrimination is against the LAW, maybe you should learn it

My boyfriend and I had been debating on going in there because its just down the street from our house. We have accumulated a lot of laundry and don't want to have to go across town to do it. BUT I stopped in there today to ask if they could give me some change, not much at all. The man said no its for his customers. I completely understood and be can to walk away when he actually raised his voice at me and asked "whats your problem?! you mad I wouldn't give you change?!" I said "no" He told me I had rolled my eyes at him, and then said "grow up!" Me being ALOT younger than this man, I couldn't believe what he was saying to me, he put me down right in front of all his customers, some of which had their children with them. I'm expecting a child of my own and this is one of the many reasons I want to move out of this area. He's obviously a very bitter and mean man who does not have a nice bone in his body. The premises is also very dirty, not well maintenanced at all. I do not recommend anyone to go here, if you do DO NOT bring your children with you.

Very Rude I walked out rather then continue to be insulted by this angry bald man. Went in to drop off dry cleaning. He said it would be 39.95 for a wool jacket. " in Very rough shape" he said. It hadno stains or spills. It did have ring around the collar and lint. He said the collar would have to be scrubbed. I didn't say anything but even I know better then to scrub wool. I said what about the dress he proceeded to Slap a beaded dress on the counter with enough force that it would have slid off if I had not grabbed it. You don't hit beaded gowns on to hard counters ever. He was back to the jacket how it was 10 years since it was dry cleaned. I certainly do not wear a coat for 10 years with withoutcleaning it. I had enough I told him he was being rude and left.

The owner/staff is amazing I arrived just before 6pm hoping to wash a blanket that doesn't fit in a normal machine and all the big machine were being used he said come back in 20 minutes so I did it was 645 before the blanket was done and he allowed us to dry it even though he closed at 7.First time experience and very clean and friendly. I definitely recommend this laundry mat.

I have been coming here for a few years now. Every week I come with enough laundry to dress a small country (family of 5, and we are always outside playing). Alex is a great help. On days where I have to bring my 3 young children, he usallybpits something on the tv to help them settle while I transfer, sort and fold. Always ready to give me change, and offer assistance when needed, whether it be a stain I can't get out of my favorite dress, or help carrying all my laundry to my truck. He is very friendly and kind, and with all the regular customers that come back each week it is easy to see why. There are several large laoders here, which is great to use. Cheaper to do my laundry here each week in 1-2 of the large loaders than doing 10 a week in a single loader at home, especially with the hydro rate now. Overall experience here has been great, and I will continue to come here to do laundry each week. I recommend this location to everyone
