Terrible customer service. Does not keep proper hours. Makes as if he's doing you a favor by tailoring -even though he's charging exorbitant fees for the service. Speaks in a very condescending manner. Went to him twice and it seems like he only gets worse.

The man told me to come at any time. He wasn't there. Just a kid there. He's asking all kinds of questions about my dress. I walked in the rain. Felt unprofessional. Wanted to keep my money in our community. I decided to leave. He calls me and wants to talk. I'm done. I hang up. He kept calling me back over and over. Telling me I talk too much. I advised that he doesn't have to listen to me talk at all. I hope he doesn't treat everyone this way. Hopefully, I can find another tailor in the community tomorrow that keeps his word ????????????????????????

This is the most unprofessional alteration shop I have ever been to in my life. When calling in to inquire about alteration services the gentleman answering the phone was VERY stand-off ish. I only decided to go ahead with the alteration because the shop is near my home. I took the skirt to the alteration shop and upon receiving the skirt back the zipper was poorly sewn on. I washed the skirt before wearing it. Once I put the skirt on the zipper immediately started to bust. Which was the initial problem. The fit was not tight at all. I called to report the issue the gentleman wanted to argue with me about the poor work. I went into the shop to dispute the skirt in hopes of still getting it fixed. The gentleman argued my boyfriend up and down about the work that we were showing him he did not care. He actually stated I work for the Jewish people I don’t care. As if my hard earned money was nothing. I did receive my money back after arguing with him however I strongly suggest NO ONE doing business with this company until they find a new manager for this store. Since the gentleman there only “works for the Jewish people”.

Hands down the WORST tailor I've ever used. Despite being told multiple times that it needed to be ready the day before a wedding, he only finished it the day of--and did completely the opposite of what he was asked, because he wanted to do something "different." And what he did didn't look good at all. And the worst part is that he was unbelievably rude about it throughout. Do yourself a favor: go literally ANYWHERE else.

I came here to get some alterations done during open business hours but the door was locked. There was a sign on the door saying that they were downstairs and I just needed to call one of the numbers that was posted on the door. Both phone numbers were not working. So I stood there knocking for at least 10 minutes. No one ever came to the door. So I took my business somewhere else
