I have been here many times and have always had an amazing experience. Tani always has my jackets, pants, and shirts ready not only just the way I wanted them, but in a very quick fashion. Would highly recommend his services to all.

Poor quality of work and lack of professionalism. Please do not go here. He will rip you off. He overcharged me and when I confronted him about it, he would not admit to his wrongdoing despite all of the evidence put before him. I even tried calling him after I noted the discrepancy (before confronting him face to face) to resolve things in an amicable manner, yet he would not respond to my voicemail.The sad part is I'm a regular customer and ignored the red flags (as at time they appeared minor), but it adds up...trust me. I will be taking my business to someone more reputable and suggest you all do the same, so you don't end up in my position. #Thankmelater - I"m giving this one star only because I have to, but in all honesty this location is rated as zero stars! To the owner - Thank you for your response and trying to assassinate my character simply for telling the truth. A bad review nor a good review, should not cause you to get out of character (i.e., calling me a liar), exaggerating and adding details to a story that are not factual. I have receipts!!!! You have no receipts for what you are claiming, end of discussion. All I'm saying is buyer beware! I have no problems giving a good review if it was warranted, however this is not the first time I have had a poor experience with you. Please note that reviews are simply reviews and you're not always going to have good ones (possibly the reason why you have no bad reviews is for the reason you treat people when things are not said in your favour), especially if the work or conduct was unsatisfactory. I will not by bullied by you and encourage others to share their story, good or bad. No one is perfect...just apologize for your mistake and move on. I am not bothered at all, just simply sharing my experience so others don't fall into the same situation. I'm truly saddened by your behaviour. Good day sir. :)

Ready To Crumble

Very nice gentleman I dealt with. He helped fix my ruined items that another clearner messed up and that cleaner is Superstar Cleaners and I am telling you to avoid them at all cost. Review on their site. I was happy with Cadet Cleaners, I wish I went there from the beginning. I actually didn't know they were there until I reasearched them. I know they were in Walmart and when I didn't see them there I went to the other place instead of driving to another towns Walmart. I learned my lesson and will always go to the Cadet Cleaners. Awesome customer service.

I've been to over 4 different Dry Cleaners and Clothing Alteration places in Ajax. And after discovering Cadet Dry Cleaners in Ajax nearly a year ago, by far this place is my ONLY choice now for many many many reasons. From where I live, this place is a good 10 minutes drive, but it is because of the exceptional helpful nature, exceptional kindness, and the exceptional alteration skills of Mr Tanveer at this location, that I think of no other place but Cadet Cleaners. Tanveer at Cadet is a businessman who does not believe in quitting, no matter how hard the job is. And my review is based on the many many such experiences I've had at this location. A year ago, before becoming Cadet's customer, me and my family needed clothes to be drycleaned last minute, so I tried calling several places, and no place was ready to return the clothes urgently within the desired time frame. It was Mr Tanveer at Cadet Cleaners then, who not only spoke pleasany, but figured out a way to return the clothes all dry cleaned by the time that suited us both. 2nd incident was when there was a big oil stain that stood no chance of being washed off, Mr Tanveer took the challenge. He didn't promise but he didn't quit either. He surprised us by succeeding in giving us the shirt looking all brand new. And 3rd incident was when I took a heavy coat to him for a very very complicated alteration. Mr Tanveer not only followed every instruction diligently, but his neat and so professionally done alteration was alot better than the previous factory stitching itself. My review is just a way to thank you Mr Tanveer, because Hardwork & Politeness as your's goes a long way. Highly recommend this place!!!

This was my first experience at this location. I particularly chose Cadet because of my leather jackets. My leather jackets came out amazing!!! I was so happy with them considering one is white and one is light lavender. My wool jackets were also really well done! The service was very friendly. I was only uncomfortable because he didn't wear a mask while I was in there. The cost was higher than I thought it would be but my jackets were great!

Originally located in Walmart, the owner is very friendly and polite. I had my precious Mackage coat dry cleaned, for those unaware it consists of down fill and real fur (mine has extra in the interior). I was quite skeptical as this could easily be damaged. However, he assured me it would done correctly and followed the instructions accordingly. It took a total of two weeks as it needed to be sent out, which I was informed of in advance. The results were phenomenal like brand new again. Highly recommended!

AH-MAZING customer service from the owner yesterday!!! I came in to pick up my dry cleaning and he was working on an item with another customer and of course I was willing to wait until he was finish. He greeted me and pulled my item and said "here you are". He didn't even look at my slip. I had to check the tag to make sure the dry cleaning had my name on it. He said "I know my customers". I'll drop things off once a month to once every two months. I was REALLY impressed!! I was quickly abe to tap and go :)

I was going to a wedding and needed a suit jacket and pants hemmed last minute. Tany was very busy and still put in the extra time/effort to ensure it was completed on time even with the short notice I had given. The quality of work was great and the prices were very reasonable. Very friendly and passionate in what he does. Would highly recommend to others.
