Exceptional service and great prices!

My fiancee, daughter, & I went there today to look at dresses for the bride's maids, my daughter, and for the guys. We knocked on the 1st door and were told to go to the next. We entered and explained what we were in search of and that the wedding dress was already decided on. The older lady there was told what kind of wedding it was as well. She insisted that my fiance try on the only Christmas style dress in the store. She did and the entire time the lady was extremely pushy about purchasing it. Worse than an old used car sales person with a tacky suit The lady went and pulled out a chair and wanted my daughter to sit in it and not be on her feet or look at anything, even though we wanted to look at dresses for her. Once back in her street clothes, my fiance and I were told the price.....$800 more than the other one we selected elsewhere. The lady was not pleased that I was part of the process and was rude and short with me and my 5 year old daughter. We were not permitted to look at any of the dresses we originally went in for. Were not allowed in the back on the main level either. I would not by a piece of thread from that lady. My fiance and daughter were not happy at all either.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff at Bridal Creations!! Alison and Rosa were absolute rockstars when it came to our wedding. They put up with all the craziness of our bridal party (most of it being me) and they went out of their way to make us feel special and taken care of. Rosa mended my veil herself and Alison came to our hotel room to help my ladies tie up their dresses. Alison even drove my fiancé’s suit out to the venue for him. The shipping had been delayed due to an accident on the highway. They apologized a million times and made sure he had it for the wedding. That’s amazing service. These ladies have become our friends through this process and we are so grateful for that. Stephen, in the suit department, was an absolute dream as well. He helped get the guys looking fabulous and they loved his “guy zone!” All in all, a complete 10/10 in our books. If you’re looking for a beautiful dress for any occasion or you’re a guy looking to get fancy, we definitely recommend Bridal Creations! Thank you! ❤️❤️

On Saturday I went in with my whole bridal crew (4 bridesmaids and both moms) and it was the best afternoon. Alison was absolutely amazing. She started with every style under the sun and (very efficiently) narrowed it down to the perfect dress, which was incredible because I had basically zero idea what I was looking for. We were there less than 3 hours, I tried maybe about 10 gowns, and found my absolute dream dress. Alison checked on me frequently to ensure I wasn't overwhelmed and was very communicative to figure out exactly what parts of each dress I did and did not like to move toward the perfect one. I am so happy it only took one afternoon to say yes to the dress and I will update my experience as I work with the seamstress, etc!!

I tried on my old suit on the morning of a formal dinner, and was unpleasantly surprised that I had outgrown it. With less than a day to find a new suit, coupled with a not off-the-rack body type, I thought I was out of luck. As a last ditch effort I stopped in at Murano's Formalwear. The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and were able to find me exactly what I was looking for. After I had selected my suit, they had alterations done within half an hour. I was incredibly satisfied with the entire experience, and got many compliments on the new suit. Murano has earned himself another life-long customer.

My husband and I got married last year. We purchased my wedding dress, and bridesmaid dresses at Bridal Creations, and my husband's and his groomsmen's suits at Murano's. I had an amazing experience choosing my dress, Allison helped me and was very enthusiastic and knowledgable. My husband and his groomsmen also had a great experience with Steve when picking out their suits. We had a suit for our ring bearer, but could not find a tie to match my husband and groomsmen, so Steve and Rosa were able make one to fit our ring bearer last minute, which was greatly appreciated. The staff all around were wonderful, and I highly recommend them!

AWFUL! The first time I visited this place it was just my friend and I. A Tuesday evening at 5pm. Rosa was helping us and she was lovely, she listened to me and was courteous. The second time I returned with two friends and my mother. We were late and when I got there I apologized and introduced myself, I was greeted with "Oh, we know who you are". I walked in to the back room to meet my friends who were there on time. They had been asked to leave their coffees at the front desk and were sitting at a table and chairs at the very back. They are not toddlers!! The dresses are not near the table and chairs! How ridiculous, by the time we were finished they were cold and useless. They told me that the sales lady was mad and had been very rude and cold to them also. The sales person (Not Rosa- who was great the first time) did not introduce herself but rather said "Here are your dresses and shoved me into a change room completely ignoring the fact that I had just mentioned "I would like to view other dresses because I am still searching". The two dresses in the change room werent even ones I had tried on before!! Rather than listen to their clients, they both continued to put me in dresses that they had chosen. I wasnt even able to walk around and pull new dresses! I am sure they could see my frustration and finally said "okay well this is the last one!!!". I knew they closed at 5 but literally at 4:50 they shut it down. They actually had all the lights turned off already and we put our shoes on in the dark!! It was terrible costumer service!

We dealt with a few ladies, the first two being wonderful and very patient with our toddler and baby. Then a lady named Rosa took over and essentially ruined the experience for us. She was very pushy, we felt pressured to choose the dress she liked and when we said what we wanted she seemed to completely ignore it. She also was very short and impatient with our toddler, snapping at her a couple of times. Ruined the whole experience and we wont be getting a dress from here.

Today was a sad and heart breaking day as a bride to be, I went to Bridal Creations with my fiancee and flower girl in hopes to find dresses for my female wedding party and my flower girl instead I was asked what my dress looked like then I was shown one dress and told that it was all that they had with red. More then once my flower girl asked to try on a kids dress and was told by the sales lady we don't sell kids dresses, everytime my fiancee or I would try to look at sample dresses we were asked are you gonna buy this wedding gown, I don't even know the sales ladies name as she had us in and pushed us out in about 20 minutes and not once did my flower girl get to try on a dress. Won't be returning with my female wedding party.

I went in looking for a suit for a wedding last minute on a friends recommendation. I've got to say, I'm very happy I listened to my friend. The service was great! Between helping me pick my style, the colour, and even getting me to go outside my usual realm for tie colour, I couldn't be happier with the speedy efficient service I received. I will definitely go there for my next suit, and suggest it for any friend who's looking for anything formal as well.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! DO NOT GO. . .Drive to ISIS in Brockville. They older lady was extremely rude. Had me in tears. We had booked an appointment and a walk in got taken in front of us while we were pushed to the side and shoved in a hall way. No chairs for my family no nothing. My bridesmaids were not even allowed to go and look for dresses for me. My weight was a issue for the sales lady. She kept making comments like "we don't cater to your size of brides" and "have you thought of considering to lose some weight before trying on dresses?" HEY SALES LADY NEWSFLASH BRIDES ARE BEAUTIFUL NO MATTER WHAT SIZE OR SHAPE!!! She did not listen to me at all and refused to let me try on dresses that I liked. Little did this extremely rude lady know that there was a lot of sales she missed out on. . My wedding gown, my bridesmaids, my flower girls and mother of the bride and groom dresses! PLEASE PEOPLE LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS AND DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! Go to Lovebirds downtown Kingston or ISIS in Brockville!

My girlfriend went to buy a dress and then had second thoughts. The store refused to take back or exchange the dress. So we had to visit another store to buy another dress. The other store has a full refund policy with no time limit as long as the tags are still on and it is unaltered. The other store also provided a nice quality dress carrier for a 200$ dress while Bridal Creation gives you a 400$ dress in a plastic bag similar to what my car tires come in.

Went here with my girlfriend as her bridesmaid looking for her wedding dress! Not only did they have a very small selection, they told us that they don’t carry my girlfriend’s size (size 6) because it is “offensive”. My girlfriend has a naturally petite build, not something she can control. Definitely recommend a shop perhaps in a bigger city that won’t body shame and supports all shapes and sizes❣️

Friendly staff but so many errors that it stressed me out to the maximum. Ties were ordered instead of bow ties, 5/7 suits didn't fit our groomsmen at all, my ladies weren't informed there dresses came, sizes were wrong, information on prices and colors and style choices were wrong, my veil was ripped, they forgot when I was picking up my dress.....the clothes were amazing but the experience was horrible and stressful. I would not recommend. Update: Stephen murano reached out to me personally after reading my review. He apologized profusely and he was quite sincere. While there was still many errors and the most upsetting for me was my ripped veil, I was impressed that he contacted me and wanted to make amends. You dont often find a store that has someone that cares that much about customer satisfaction

I came in to rent my fiance (now husband) a tuxedo for our wedding. We gave no notice and just walked it. It turns out that they have a rental option for $230 or we could just purchase the same suit for $300. No brainer right?! The staff was so so so so helpful it was unbelievable. We were in and out in less than 25 minutes. My fiance and I had almost no experience with renting/purchasing tuxedos so we did not really know where to start. Not to worry, the staff was suggestive on what they thought were good directions to go in but not too pushy and allowed us the space to decide on what our final look should be. Shout out to Stephen especially, my fiance was very much beginning to resemble a waiter before Stephen turned him into a James Bond. Well...James Bond to me

I had called ahead to book my appointment but when we got there they were still with someone. Since we had to look at other dresses we didnt say much, thought maybe they were running behind but all 5 times we were there it was the same thing....so why bother "making a appointment". We picked out my sisters dress, my dress, and even tho i made the apt for my mom too after we picked my dress out we were rushed out the door, like my mom wasnt a priority. We were looking through dresses for her and the girl basically made us pay for our two dresses and wouldnt even help her or let her look. When we went in the first time the young lady helping us was really great. She seemed to know which styles would suit my sister best since she was 5'11" and she knew which dresses came in extra length, and she was the one that helped us decide on a style for my MOH. The older lady came in and took over, and pushed the other sales associate to the side. She was the one that served us each time after that. She was not well organized, and kept asking the same questions. It felt as though she either wasn't listening, or was not all that interested..I had said several times i didnt want a vale but she kept pushing the vale on me...I get the feeling they are on commission there. Basically after my dress was purchased she didnt care anymore. We went back a second and third time to pick pick out the other 3 bridesmaids, and my moms dress. My aunt was also looking at dresses, but has decided to go elsewhere. When the dresses came in there was no call, I had to call them, and my cousins dress was 2 sizes too big, and my sisters was 8" too short! When I called and told her, I asked her how we proceed and she said "Its all depends on the situation." Booked a appointment to come back in and rushed me off the phone. I felt as though she was annoyed with me. When we got there to try on the dress the lady says "Well she might have to wear flats." I said, "Shes in her barefeet how much flatter can she get?" How is it going to look and how is my sister going to feel when all the other dresses go to the floor and hers doesnt? She remeasures her and she wanted me to keep the dress that was too small, and pay "cost" on a new dress. We had paid $325 for the dress, and she wanted to charge us another $200 for a new dress... I said "No, we will pay the additional cost to order the extra length and you can keep this dress. YOU were supposed to order extra length." She "Well we BOTH should have caught that." SHE is supposed to be a professional, not me. I came to a bridal shop TRUSTING that they knew what they were doing because dresses is NOT my area of expertise or else I could have just ordered the dresses on amazon. She embarassed my sister, and after my family had actually just dropped $6500 there the lady seriously couldnt have just ordered in the proper dress. I paid a additional $100 to get a new dress. After we came to that agreement she says "I hope you understand what I am doing for you. We will order this dress and thats it." Im still in shock that they had no problems taking $6500 to me but cant rectify a mistake ON THEIR PART. We didnt even bother calling about my cousins dress that is 2 sizes to large, not worth my time. I honestly wish she didnt kick the younger girl out that was helping us the first time we went. She was really good. She mad us feel comfortable. She also seemed like she was a bit interested in us, and listened to our needs. If they are on comission that girl deserved it, not the older lady. We were going to go back and get the suits for the guys, but after the whole experience so far we are now looking at other options. I think the older lady working there needs a bit of a lesson on bedside manner. Its a shame, the guy doing the suits seems like he makes the experience for the guys fun, looks like he had a great selection of suits and good prices. Picking out your wedding dress is supposed to be a fun and exciting experience. This was not was I was expecting.

I have been here before for other events and have had poor experiences. So when I went in to look for my own wedding dress I was prepared but extremely nervous. I went in and spoke with an older woman who I had already had bad dealings with in the past - finding her abrupt and unwelcoming. When I asked her if she had time to help me, she said yes and began pulling a couple of suggestions. When another group came in she left me to my own devices - which was fine. However when she came back, and I had questions about pricing she became very agitated and dismissive. She told me that my price was impossibly low, and that I would never find anything for less than $700.00. I had worked in high end fashion years before, and had always been kind and courteous even when dealing with people who were hoping for lower prices - or not buying at all. She then gave up helping me, and informed me that I should look on their website first - which doesn't have pricing listed, so I wasn't sure how that suggestion was going to help a bride on a budget. I tried to look at bridesmaid options, but at this point I could tell that she was more interested in helping the larger groups as she didn't come back to talk to me. She is probably on commission - and I understand that - but I had never felt so passed over due to my budget. Even my vendors had worked with me to either make me understand what kind of budget was required, or had just told me what I could get for what I wanted to pay. I have been to a couple of other bridal shops since, and they have been like a dream to work with, allowing for one on one consultations, regardless of my small budget. My advice would be to tell customer's to book appointments if you don't have time for them in the moment. I understand that browsing can be difficult in a setting like a bridal shop, but if you allow for walk in brides, you should be equipped to deal with the stress of balancing multiple clients under pressure without losing quality of service. I won't be coming back - and would never suggest this location. EDIT: The owner Stephen had contacted me immediately to rectify the situation - he has been nothing but kind and supportive in trying to build trust between me and his company. He reassured me that the employees were spoken to about how to handle situations like the ones I had experienced. I'm optimistic regarding better service in the future.

Had a great experience at this store! I required an off the rack dress due to my upcoming elopement being two weeks away, and the staff were so lovely and accommodating, even staying an hour past closing to help me find the perfect dress. They called seamstresses to see if any could provide rush services that evening, and treated myself and my family with the utmost respect and care. I asked for the luxury appointment, and the tapas spread was phenomenal! They really listen to what your needs are and take time and care to help you find styles that you are hoping for, within your price range.
