Terrible Phone and Customer Service, was very Vague on phone on what job consisted of. could not give an rough estimated cost on how much it would cost. Basically sounded over the phone didn't want my business fine if that's the case I will take it somewhere else.

Woman was very unprofessional and rude.I took my dress home after and realized that the zipper was broken off. I needed the dress for a wedding and needed someone else to fix the dress for me after spending over $100 with with business. Would never recommend to anyone.

Called in to see how long it would be to hem a pair of pants, was informed turn around is usually about a week but if needed it could be rushed. When I arrived to drop off my husband's pants, she had me in and out in less than 5 minutes with his pants in my hands. Will definitely return!

I brought in my son's dress coat to have the lining replaced. Upon taking it home I noticed one of the pockets had not been repaired, I took it back and she fixed the problem. When my son tried the jacket on the sleeves were shorter and the sewing on the neck was not even resulting in the collar not sitting properly. I took it back and it the issue with the sewing around the collar was repaired but there was nothing that could be done about the sleeves. There is no quality control and no apologies for having to come back three times. I will not use this company again.

Went today to get a hem repaired on my pants. Expected to leave them and come back. They were done in 1 minute or less while I waited and they were done gratis. This is my second time visiting and very pleased both times. Thank you.

I have been bringing garments here for simple shortening of arms, legs, hemlines for several years; however, the last three times have been completely unsatisfactory - I don’t sew, but I could literally do better myself! The seams and hems have been crookedly cut and crookedly sewn, with sloppy uneven joins and stitching. I have brought them back to be fixed each time, and been told, “Well, that’s the best I can do.” The last set of leggings I just picked up today look like a 5 year old drew the line for the stitching to follow. It’s close and convenient fir me to come here but I won’t be back.

Took in dresses to be altered and repaired. Thread colour doesn’t match dresses. Did not press the seams after repair. Very poorly done. Will have to take somewhere else to have fixes again. Would not recommend.

I've been going to Lily's for many years and have found them to be extremely friendly and their work is fantastic! They are reasonable in their prices and if you need something in a rush they accommodate no problem. Yesterday I had a pair of shorts that the hem was coming out of - she grabbed them from me and said I'll do them right now for you while you wait! I couldn't believe it. I have referred many people to Lily's - all who say they are very happy with Lily's! Highly recommend this place. I've used others that were not good - took far too long & expensive! I'm very happy with their service!

The tailoring was good. But there was no friendly customer service there. No smiles. No small talk. Super impersonal. Didn't even get me to try on the dress before I left just to make sure. Just here you are and go. I like not feeling like I am just another dollar in the cash register, so I will take my business elsewhere next time.

As I am a gal that can barely sew on a button, I've been using their services for over a decade and they have always taken great care to provide a positive experience - from the work they do in a timely fashion to their kind, patient and professional manner! I highly recommend them!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!! I had a very bad experience at Lily's Tailoring. She is extremely rude and unfriendly- zero customer service skills. She did not give me a quote and when I went to pick up my work blazer I was way over charged...I was actually shocked at how much it was. The blazer was not altered properly so I went back in to explain and show her and she just stood there and finally said "Fine ill give you $20 back". I got home and further examined the blazer to find even more mistakes. I went back after the weekend to explain and show her the mistakes and she didn't even apologize, she just said she must have missed that and just said she would fix it by the next day. No further discount, no apology or understanding, and no thank you for my business and understanding. I can't believe how rude this individual was to me.

If you think about it. She gets all her work done, helps fit and tailor your clothes and still finds time to answer the phone. Wow!! If you want it done now, forget it because she’s booked 2 weeks out. Why? Because she’s dam good.
