After going to Moores and waiting nearly 15minutes to be greeted it was refreshing to have someone so helpful at Black & Lee! Not only are their prices just a bit better than Moores (my groom's suit was free, and the groomsmen got their shoe rentals for no extra charge) the staff are 100% more helpful and made my husband to be feel as important as I did when picking out my dress. Sizing was quick, as well setting up a fittings for the other men. Most of his groomsmen where from out of town but she made it extremely easy to get them measured at the associate stores and all picked up in Kelowna. I'm glad to say I won't be getting married again, but would encourage anymore who is to think about try going here first. While the staff member I worked with was young, she knew all about the latest bridals trends and was as more informative about the products than I expected. We have since bought a suit from Black and Lee. It's a slim fit and we received an excellent deal. And hope to return for any future events!

What a horrible experience. First off, the ladies that we dealt with were very rude, every single time we went in there. Half my family felt uncomfortable. Out of the whole wedding planning, this place was the only place to treat us poorly. Second, they had everything on file for what everyone was wearing in our party, and they were telling people the wrong colour of shoes. Not impressed and never going back.

My boyfriend had rented a tux from Black and Lee in Kelowna. He was told he had to return it on Monday before 12PM or there will be a late fee. Seeing as the wedding was on a Saturday, the store was closed Sunday, and he works on Monday's like any other normal person, he wasn't able to return it himself. All the other groomsmen are in the same boat as him. I tried to co-ordinate it, so that I could take it before I went to work, but they only open at 11AM. So that leaves a 1 hour window for him to return his tux without getting penalized on a day that the majority of people work. Doesn't make any sense whatsoever, they need to look into their returning policy because it's ridiculous.

THE absolute best place for tux and suit rentals! Not only has Black & Lee been on the very top of our preferred vendor's list for many years, as wedding photographers, here in Kelowna, but we also use them for our own rentals! Recently, we were in having a suit rental fitted for our son for upcoming graduation. The staff are not only welcoming and kind but so incredibly knowledgeable. The experience was amazing and we could not have asked for better service, while still fun and insightful. Our couples over the years have always had great reviews for Black & Lee and they will remain at the top of our referral list!! Thank you, thank you, thank you for being so wonderful!!

I must say... what fantastic service! I just bought a tuxedo from Annie and was treated like I was special from the word Go! When I picked it up it fit like a glove... Thank you Black and Lee for great service! My son had gone to the mall to look for a suit for his friends graduation and Tiptop Tailor's and Torino wouldn't give him the time of day. Black and Lee was so helpful didn't pressure him into buying a suit and rented him a totally stylish and fashionable suit for his friends Grad. We will definitely come back next year to rent another suit for his graduation. Thanks again for the great service

Black and Lee was our first stop when looking for a tuxedo for our wedding. Not having rented a tux in the past we had no idea what to expect. The staff at Black and Lee were super helpful. We went for multiple visits (because we didn’t know what we wanted) and they were also accommodating and respectful. We had been recommend Black and Lee from a couple friends but wanted to do our own research, which included visits to other suit retailers in town but none gave as good service as Black and Lee(and Black and Lee was the best price!!) We’d recommend them to anyone needing a tux/suit for a wedding or big event. When we got the tux for the wedding it was in great shape - looked brand new! Thanks Black and Lee!!!

Staff was extremely rude and condescending. It was hard to even consider the rentals available with how unaccomodating the staff were. Of 5 places we visited, no one treated us as poorly as the staff at Black & Lee, our wedding party was happily accommodated elsewhere.

I would have a hard time recommending Black & Lee to any family or friends in the future... Two out of seven of the suits for our wedding did not fit correctly, and had to be rush ordered mere days before the wedding in order to come in on time. Understandable. However, the customer service was horrendous. An apology goes a lot further than excuses do, and in our case, we received many excuses, and no apologies. The staff member we primarily dealt with was rather rude, and we were quite disappointed with their service. That being said, the suits did look great, but I will not be recommending this business for future events, due to the attitude and stress they added to our situation days before the wedding.

There weren't any major hiccups with our order and all the groomsmen looked fantastic on the wedding day. Early on there were a bit of complications with partner stores passing the measurements along to the main store. I'd recommend that people call both the main store and partner stores after the measurements are taken to make sure they're passed along. For Black and Lee, I'd recommend you have at least one drop off hour on the weekends. Our wedding was on Saturday of the long weekend and the store didn't open until Tuesday. We had to rearrange some plans to make that work. A daily 'drop off hour' would make life a lot easier for the customers. That said, I'd definitely recommend Black and Lee.

Very relaxed environment to pick out clothes. Prices are moderate. Selection doesn’t really change with time. It’s never busy in there. But it’s a solid one stop shop for dress clothes for guys.

Recently my son needed a suit/tux for his university graduation gala. We went to Black & Lee where we had got his high school tux before. We ended up purchasing a suit due to the excellent price they had on them. It needed alterations so he took it to a local tailor. Long story short, when he went to pick it up, they were closed. This was on the day of the event and she had specifically told him she would call when ready and he never got a call. We contacted Black & Lee with the hopes of them having a personal phone number of this tailor. They did not but they offered a rental at a "highly reduced rate" due to the situation. They had no connection to this tailor but they went WAAAAY out of their way to help us! We arrived and they offered a complete tux with shirt and cuff links at No Charge to us to help us out! All we needed was the coat and cuff links so they altered the coat within half an hour and sent us on our way! THANK YOU to Madison and Megan!!! You saved us in a dire situation and made my son's special night a huge success! I will send everyone I know to your place of business every chance I get! If I could give you 10 stars, I would! This was the Kelowna location.

Annie was phenomenal right from the minute we walked in the store. It was a zoo in there from the minute we walked in. Annie is a multi-tasking magician. She handle the chaos like a true professional! She helped us find the perfect tuxedo and groomsmen suits for my wedding day. We walked into the store with very vague ideas of what we wanted, and walked out prepared head to toe for the day of the wedding. Annie is very precise when it comes to measurements and making sure anyone who may be out of town is measured properly. The prices for rentals are unreal and the whole process was stress free and enjoyable. Thank you Annie!!
