Look no where else for the most professional, friendliest and talented team to alter your wedding dress. I came across Tanis Emmett Wedding Style through a Google search. After looking at many companies and reading many reviews, I decided to come here because it was the closest to my house and every reviewer have given them 5 stars. Let me tell you that this place is deserving of 6 stars. I really loved my experience working with them. At first, I came to them with my wedding gown that I purchased online with loose straps and was extremely poofy. At the initial meeting, I was given a detailed description and pricing of how much everyone would cost. The pricing was all inclusive of continual alterations (i.e. if I lose/gain weight in the midst of my alternation journey) and was extremely reasonable considering how much work was done with my heavily beaded and sparkly top in altering the straps, taking-in of the sides, adding bustles, flattening out the chest area. I came to them 5 times - initial consultation, first fitting, second fitting, third fitting and then the final fitting with pick up. The process was spectacular. The ladies were so gentle, courteous and talented - their skills and knowledge was prevalent each time offering advice and, at each fitting, my love for my dress grew exponentially. As I continued attending the fittings, I realized that my second dress - a red Chinese one - needed alterations too. I brought that dress for the team to alter. They did such a remarkable job at altering my Chinese dress - my mom and sister were speechless at how beautiful I looked. Overall, I'm am extremely pleased and happy with bringing my wedding gown to Tanis Emmett Wedding Style. I loved all the outstanding work, meticulous detail, friendly staff, amazing skill and talent. The whole experience is remarkable. Bring your wedding gowns here!!

As an out of town bride, the energy and excitement from Tanis' team made me feel like my best friends were with me at every appointment. The studio is also beautiful. They altered the length and made adjustments and changes top of my wedding dress. The alterations were beyond perfect and I could not recommend them highly enough! They also sell these wonderful kits with all the emergency needs you might have as a bride on your big day. It was super helpful! I also had my dress cleaned by Tanis and her team and they did a beautiful job!

Tanis worked her magic on my dream dress, which was an on sale sample dress. There was only one and very much too small. She was super confident she could make it work if I wanted it. Don't take your dress anywhere else! Tanis is incredibly friendly and an absolute expert in tailoring. Not only did Tanis alter my wedding dress but also all the dresses for my bridesmaids, my mom, the mother of the groom and the grandmother of the groom! It was such a huge relief to hear from all of these women so important to my life and wedding that their alterations were stress-free and affordable! Tanis was so helpful - showing me my options and offering suggestions. She quoted the price on my first visit and promised it would not change - that made budgeting so easy. I'm so happy about the alternation! Great quality, service and totally within my budget. I was surprised how good the price was. I'm a bridesmaid and my dress was too small - I couldn't even zip up to my waist. They did an excellent job to resize the fit, the belt, sew the cups in. It fits like a glove now. Tanis is the best wedding seamstress out there! I stumbled across her over a year ago and I am so glad I did! She did one heck of a job altering my wedding dress, she works magic. She took a dress a couple sizes too big that I bought off the rack and made it look like it was made for me. Not only did she do my wedding dress but she did all my bridesmaids dresses and my mom's dress. She then did my sister's wedding dress this summer as well, my mom's dress and my bridesmaid dress for her wedding. She has now altered another bridesmaid dress for me and it is stunning!
