Excellent service! Brought in a pair of shoes to be repaired that others had repaired incorrectly! They fixed them good as new and altered my dress perfectly as well:) Super friendly and reasonable prices:) Ensure you check their hours while there one thing I forgot to do when planning pick up. She had everything done for me quickly for a vacation I was planning... I will definitely go back:)

Dropped my clothes off Friday, told to pick them up Tuesday. Got there at 7pm and they haven't even been started yet. Cannot recommend at all.

Do not use this cleaner. Terrible customer service the lady behind the counter actually started yelling and swearing at me to the point she got me mad yelling and swearing back and forth. I have tried to pick up my blanket two Saturdays in a row still not ready the lady told me it’s going to be 3 to 4 weeks to get one blanket cleaned. Totally unacceptable

Needed a suit hemmed for the next day and it was done in 10 minutes! There was an extra charge for the quick turn out but worth it if you are in a bind. Very friendly customer service.

Don't go there, prices go up over night without you knowing!!!!! We went there yesterday to fix a zipper on a jacket. We were told that the service will cost $10. ( she even wrote it on the receipt) When we went back to pick it up , we were told that now we have to pay $20 , because according to the women she " worked very hard" on it. When we asked about the price change , she was ready to argue. To top it all, she took the zipper part that she needed of the pocket and used that instead of installing a new one. ( NOT IN THE AGREEMENT) Very disappointing experience, rude customer service, not worth the money.

This woman always does amazing work whenever I bring my dresses in for altering. She has now tailored three dresses and I will always go back to her without a doubt. She even went above a beyond to replace a missing stone in my daughters dress (belt) and I didnt notice until the day my daughter put it on; I was very happy. I can only say wonderful things about her work. Thank you!!!

Returned with creases in my shirts. Rude lady who made up prices because it was my first time taking something there. Ridiculous and I can’t believe she is in business. Must be a front because I can’t believe she would have return customers.

Worst customer service ever!!! Brought in a blanket and was told to come back the following week, having already pre paid for the service. The lady said we had to pre pay due to lack of pick ups they have. That was two weeks ago and it's still not ready!? The lady behind the counter was very rude and confrontational. She said it would be ready when it's ready and that is not acceptable. They don't stand behind their promise of return, you'll get when you get it!!?? Worst Customer Service and experience, to the point where I may not pick up my blanket. Is this why they have so many unpicked up items? Don't give them the time of day/money, find another cleaner!!

I brought 2 pairs on sweatpants to be hemmed and a top to be taken in at the bust She made bill out for $120.00. I was flabbergasted. She said " ok, how about $70.00. Still way too much for alterations
