I went here today for the replacement of my winter jacket zipper. The guy did an excellent job replacing the zipper on a very reasonable price, also I was able to pick it up within hours. I would highly recommend them.

I went in to get my jacket arms shortened. The alteration looks great. He took the cuff off, shortened it and then re-added the cuff. It’s the perfect length and the sewing is well done. It looks like I bought it new like this. He was very friendly and service was fast. The price was very good, especially for the quality that I got. It looks great. I’m used to waiting 2 weeks for my alterations in Toronto. He was super nice and did it in 2 hours during Thanksgiving weekend. Even though it was done fast it doesn’t look like rushed work. I’m really shocked for the speed and how good it looks. If I need anything else altered I will definitely come back.

He works very hard to make sure the customer is happy. He is converting a fur coat into a lap blanket for me presently. Since high-school, I have been comings to Oxford Tailoring. It could be for school clothes or a wedding. They always do great work. Most recently, I brought in a jacket that was over a decade old. Very good quality but it is a bit torn and beat up now. Oxford Tailoring fixed it. I was told I need a new jacket lol but that he would fix to the best of his abilities. Amazing work. I am happy now. Thank you. I will be back.

I took a large down filled mattress topper to get cleaned. He asked that I pay right then so I did. When I went to pick it up, he said that it had cost them more to clean then he had charged me, so asked if I could pay another 20 bucks. I said no, so he dropped the topper on the floor. I picked it up and left.
