Decent job. Very pleasant owner. Just a quick update. The zipper in the coat had zero reinforcement at the bottom of the jacket. It ripped away a few days after I picked it up. Rather than bother with going back again, leaving the jacket... I hand sewed it back together. Then a few days later... The other side ripped out. Very disappointing, as I have never had this happen previously with any zipper, ever. I have reduced my rating to a 2 star. Appropriate given the fact that I paid decently ($45) for a new zipper, I sort of expected that perhaps this shouldn't have occurred. Anyway I would have reduced the review to a single star...Except for the fact that I repaired this on my own without giving the shop the option to fix it... I won't be returning here for any future work and simply cannot recommend this businesses based on my personal experience.

Great place if you need any quick fixes - Ginetta makes it good as new! I often run into issues with the length of my shirts and pants with my petite sizing and Ginetta always manages to do a great job. I even had to bring in a dress once for emergency work and she got it done right away and saved the day!

Had my wedding dress for 3 months. Numerous trips back and forth to have sewing issues resolved. The owner admitted to being lazy with my dress. I paid a fortune for sloppy tailoring and sewing. 2 days prior to my wedding ended up buying another dress. In my opinion, especially a wedding dress...take it to someone who is well known for their work. Don't just pick anyone and cut corners like I did for a day so important.I bought a dress off the rack suitable to get married in that fit me like a glove with no alterations and the tailoring was second to none. Too bad I couldn't leave pictures of the other dress. The dress made me look slim according to owner....that was the corset..lol! Or maybe the dress made me look slim when it was altered so tight from one visit to another that I couldn't even sit down in it. As far as my family and I not welcome in the store.....that's no issue at all. The dress was not dry cleaned at all. Reviews are just that reviews.....based on a person's personal experience. If businesses do not want any type of negativity, then they shouldn't be in a position to receive reviews. I believe reviews weren't made for the business owner to lash back at someone for leaving a comment based on their personal experience. Nor do I think it's appropriate for a business to give themselves 5 stars when leaving a comment based on a negative comment. I see there wasn't any feedback left from the owner on any positive feedback.

Ginetta actually remembered me which I think is amazing customer service. She altered my summer dresses perfectly for a low price and had them ready within a day!
