What to say? People wax poetic about great customer service all the time. But I've shopped here for years and every time I do it feels like I'm just getting advice from friends. The clothing quality is top notch, their sense of style and fashion is amazing. Couldn't recommend McAllister and Howard enough. Will continue to shop there for years to come.

Excellent job with the suits for our wedding. All were on time and in good working order. They also looked really sharp! A button broke on one of the groomsmans shirts near the end of the night and they didn't charge us for it. Highly recommend.

THIS is the place to go for men's suits. I took my son to look at suits for grad. Glad we went, we purchased a beautiful suit, the service was amazing and the price was very reasonable. They even were able to have the pants hemmed in house in an hour before we left town to head home. Highly recommend this place. Will definitely be going back when the next kid grads.

What an experience I had today! I am beyond grateful for the customer service. I had forgotten to purchase a present for my brother and at the very last minute this morning I put an online order in. I am in Alberta and I was purchasing online for my brother who is in Kamloops. I placed my order and of course there is shipping costs with any online order. I chose to ship it because making someone go pick up their Christmas gift is no fun. BUT ! I got a lovely email from David who insisted to go out of his way and save me some money on shipping to make sure my gift gets hand delivered to my brother in time and without spending more than I have to because he lives near by. I know this isn’t possible for every single customer but this shows the integrity of this great business. They are willing to go the extra mile for people when they can. They are doing what it takes to prove Kamloops houses some of the best businesses in BC. I am a former local to Kamloops and this type of service does not surprise me! Very grateful for David and the folks at McAllister and Howard. I will 110% be coming back to your site and look forward to coming into the store in the new year.
