I had my wedding dress consultation yesterday, and it was AMAZING! My consultant, Margo, was amazing!! She picked dresses for me that were beautiful, within my budget, and what I described I wanted.... and then when I changed my mind and wanted to try a different style, she was seamless with her transition and was so nice about it. She was never push-y with my choices, and gave me ample time to be in the dresses and chat with my party on everyone's opinions. The boutique itself was lovely and they had a great system with adhering to COVID protocols. I felt comfortable and had my own private area the whole time. Overall an amazing experience, and the best part was finding my dress! Thank you so much to Margo and the Pure Bridal team for making this day special and fun.

I cannot say enough good things about Pure Bridal and Morgan. I'm not much of a "bride" and have a hard time articulating what I like and dislike about dresses. Morgan was so patient and accommodating, and she was super easy to work with, despite my indecisiveness. She was kind, friendly and really put me at ease, especially when other places had worried me about my timeline and pressured me to buy. Super genuine person and I'm really appreciative of her time and humor. Highly recommend :)

Loved my experience at Pure - both times I went. The store is beautiful and I loved the private nook. Noelle did an amazing job pulling dresses that looked amazing on - especially considering I went in with next to no clue what I wanted! It was like having another girlfriend with me. She also knew exactly how to clip me in to make my body looked the best it ever looked. And she was so patient, and knew exactly when I needed a moment. I loved Noelle so much I made sure to ask for her specifically for my second visit, where I bought my dress. Happy to have joined the pure family :)

World Class Service!! All of the ladies at Pure Bridal were absolutely amazing to work with!! I am the MOST picky person, yet Noel was able to find me the most perfect Essence of Australia dress. I was a COVID bride, saying I was stressed to the max about shut downs and timelines about my dress driving on time, was an understatement. They were SO kind and re-assuring. I would absolutely recommend anyone to them!

Pure bridal is clean and well kept. But the staff were rude and unwelcoming to the bridesmaid's of the bridal party when we had an appointment for the bride tp dress shop. They originally told the bride she was allowed three guests in the viewing area. It was very inconvenient to rotate people to view dresses on the bride since there were 5 of us who wanted to view but had to rotate. The person helping the bride acted as if it was an inconvenience to bring other dresses for trying on. The bride was not allowed to look at any dresses and just had to describe what she wanted and was brought dresses. She did not pick one at pure bridal and we decided to go else where. We had a much better, hassle free experience at another bridal store.

I give 3 stars because I found my dress here so I was happy about that, but our consult who “helped” with the dresses was by far the least enthusiastic person I’ve ever met. Considering people come here to potentially find the dress of their dreams you would think they would act a little more polite and positive, we had the opposite experience. I wish she didn’t act so annoyed that I wanted to try on more than 2 dresses, which I have to say the dresses are beautiful so it was tough deciding but I believe she commented “they can’t all be number one can they” . I found her to be rude quit honestly. Let’s hope she doesn’t make another bride feel unimportant.

My friend both her dress here last week after looking in so many other places. The lady was so nice, kind, patient and professional. She did not rush us eventhough we had limited time and had come more than once. Great dresses, affordable and kind reps. I recommend this place for sure.

Alyssa and Mel were very helpful. They greeted me kindly, listened to my suggestions and put in me into a series of beautiful dresses that fit my dream dress. The change rooms were very large and had lovely mirrors so you could really see the dress. They were very clear when walking me through the sizing and ordering process and gave me a clear idea of what my order time would be. I Would highly recommend for excellent customer service and a great selection.

Went to a few different bridal stores to to a dress and Pure Bridal was by far the best. They helped me pick a style that I love and I found the perfect dress. I initially went in a second time to confirm the dress I liked best the first time was the one, and ended up finding a new one. Got all my measurements done, ordered the dress and it recently came in. Picked it up and was the perfect fit - no alterations needed! Thank you to the Pure Bridal team!

I've had dress appointments now at four different locations, all good experiences, but I have to say that my consultant, Katie, at Pure Bridal was AMAZING! She really listened when I told her what I was looking for and what my vision for my wedding gown was, I showed her a photograph of what I liked and went from there. At the other boutiques, although all good experiences and service, I felt that they weren't really listening to what I wanted and brought me gowns in styles and fit that weren't on my radar. I get that its important to try on different styles to see what looks good, but after the first silhouette that wasn't flattering I didn't need to try more dresses in the same cut. This was the first store that all the gowns I tried on were a contender and I would ultimately be happy wearing at my wedding, definitely due to the fact that Katie listened to my preferences and ultimately chose gowns that met the criteria I was telling her were important to me! Two of my bridesmaids came and they were able to look around and Katie even asked if there was any that they would like to see me in. She made it a great experience. She was polite and professional and wasn't pushy, which is important when buying such an expensive and important item. Also, they carry such a variety of styles and designers that there really is something for every bride. I was given an hour, which is standard for a bridal appointment, and did not feel rushed at all, I had plenty of time to try on several gowns that I liked as she pulled gowns based on what I was looking for and got me in them quickly. I would recommend Pure Bridal to anyone! Also, as a side note, if you have the opportunity to go try on dresses on a weekday, I highly recommend it. I felt it was calmer and less hectic in the shops then my Saturday appointments. I am going back to Pure Bridal next week for a second look at my favourites and will probably be purchasing my wedding dress from there!

I tried on dresses a few times at a different store, and while a couple looked nice, I didn't really feel strongly about any of them. Decided to switch it up and come here. The store is lovely (large fitting rooms, huge mirrors, comfy couches), and with restrictions in place we had it all to ourselves. Our consultant was extremely knowledgeable about dress styles and how they fit my body type; it only took 3 dresses before I found one I LOVED. Thankful I found Pure Bridal, and very happy with the personalized approach they take with their appointments.

The first step in Pure Bridal was amazing. The store is clean and the decor was so pretty. I was greeted right away and the lady was so friendly and welcoming. My party and myself were then introduced to our consultants for the appointment. One of our consultants was in training and she was amazing! The other experienced consultant, Corinna, was the upmost perfect consultant. She paid attention to what I was looking for in a wedding gown and pulled just that! I also have to mention how much I loved the private room with ample seating and large change room! I felt so comfortable and at ease through the whole process! In the end, I found my wedding gown at Pure Bridal and I couldn’t be happier! I 100% recommend this store for all your bridal needs! They also sell bridesmaids dresses, so I will be back to purchase those from this amazing store!

Pure bridal was the first store I went to look at dresses. All of the staff were absolutely incredible. I had my mum, grandma and friends with me, and they all enjoyed the experience. When I picked up my dress is was at the start of covid, when restrictions were just starting to roll in. The experience was still just as great, and my dress was perfect. I cannot thank the ladies at pure bridal enough for all their help and support. With being from out of town they made everything from initial appointment to pickup absolutely flawless. Such a beautiful location! After trying on more than 60 dresses at various boutiques, I came to Pure Bridal and found the dress of my dreams. The consultant I had listened to what I wanted and after a few other dresses, came back with my dress! Unfortunately she no longer works there, but she was phenomenal. The process of ordering and buying the dress went smoothly, and my dress arrived within the timeframe promised (about 4 months). Thank you, ladies!

Pure Bridal was the first store I went to when I was shopping for my wedding dress. I had a perfect experience and the appointment was everything I had imagined when shopping for my wedding dress. My consultant asked me what I had in mind for my wedding dress and the very first dress she put me in was the one I purchased! The whole team at Pure Bridal go above and beyond for their brides. Along with myself, Pure Bridal is where my 2 sisters found their dream wedding dresses, as well as our bridesmaids dresses. I emailed Pure Bridal about what I was looking for in a wedding dress and which styles I was interested in. They responded quickly and very politely! I booked an appointment with them for a couple weeks later. When I arrived I was impressed by how clean the salon was - and it smelled really nice. I was greeted by a very polite staff member who checked us in and showed us to our fitting station. I wasn't really sure what I was looking for in a dress but I was provided a number of different styles to try on. I felt that the salon consultant, Katie, really listened to what I did and did not like. I told her that I wanted to move quickly and she kept up with my pace. Despite not having a specific vision in mind, I found the perfect dress. Because the sample fit me so well, I was able to buy off the rack and take the dress home that day. Wedding dress shopping can overwhelming. I felt a lot of pressure to find "the dress" leading up to the appointment. However, as soon as I walked in I felt at ease. The staff were so friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating that my concerns quickly faded and within a few minutes genuinely enjoyed my experience.

Pure Bridal was the third location I visited for a wedding dress. The store was very clean and neatly organized. What stood out to me over the other stores I visited was that rather than having to walk the store to choose dresses to try on, Alyssa pulled dresses that she thought I would look good in, and then we worked together to find the perfect look based off my likes and dislikes. Ultimately, I purchased a dress from Pure Bridal and am looking forward to receiving it in a couple of months. My bridal party and I also visited three stores for bridesmaids dresses, and Pure Bridal definitely had the best selection. Again, the consultant pulled dresses that she felt would suit each bridesmaid best, and we worked from there; again, no pressure of having to search through racks. I have three bridesmaids and each of them found a dress that they loved at Pure Bridal and we’ve ordered all three. The prices were very reasonable and the consultant was very respectful regarding the sizing for each of the girls. I would recommend Pure Bridal before any other store in Edmonton. They are very organized, kind and welcoming.

I came from Toronto to try on dresses with my family. I was excited but set no expectations. As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed at the door, provided (great smelling) hand sanitizer and all the updated covid guidelines we're explained. I showed Alyssa pictures of some dresses I liked and we started! From start to finish the experience was intimate. The first dress I tried on was "the one". Alyssa was great, she gave us a moment to call my cousin in Australia as well as my Dad to show off the dress I had chosen. Alyssa went through the agreement details clearly without rushing us out. They don't do alterations there, however, she had recommendations both in Edmonton and Toronto. Truely loved the experience!

Pure Bridal provides fantastic customer service! I felt so comfortable with a private fitting area and sofa seating for my guests. Even with the covid procedures in place (mask, gloves and only 2 guests) it was a truly wonderful experience with very knowledgeable staff. I unfortunately did not have the best experience with Pure Bridal. I left feeling extremely discouraged and dissatisfied. I ordered a dress in which cost $50 for shipping. At the beginning of the appointment I asked for the dress, as I have been waiting to try on this particular dress, and wasn't brought the dress until I already tried on 3-4 other dresses that were not my style. At this point, I had an emotional reaction to trying on the dress I ordered, however it didn't feel like it was the one. When I told the consultant I wanted to continue to try other dresses and wasn't saying yes, she told me once I have this reaction this is the dress for me. I felt after this the consultant wasn't helpful at all. One of my bridesmaids asked her if she could clip the dress I ordered from the front so I could see what the back would look like, and she responded with, "I have never done that before" and then didn't seek for help or offer to do it. I also had a dress I showed my consultant on Pinterest that I wanted to try on, and my bridesmaid brought it to her attention and the consultant said they had that dress, but never did pull it for me to try on.. I had another appointment right after this appointment at a different boutique and actually ended up buying the dress the consultant wouldn't pull for me to try on. Not pleased with my entire experience and I would not recommend going to Pure Bridal.

Alyssa and the rest of the team were fantastic at Pure Bridal! I walked in and immediately felt comfortable. Alyssa listened to everything I wanted, pulled dresses that fit everything I wished for, and even found other dresses for me when I said no to the ones I thought I liked, haha. There were so many dresses under my budget and I never felt pressured to go above that. After my first appointment, there were two dresses I loved at Pure Bridal! I let them know I had another dress in mind at another store, and that I would be going to another shop to try it on again before deciding. I asked for a follow up appointment, and Alyssa just asked that I call to cancel if I decided on the other dress - no pressure at all! In the end, I chose the dress at Pure Bridal! Everything about the experience made me feel so comfortable. I really appreciated the little details that were remembered about my dress, fiancé, wedding, friends and family, even though there was over 4 months between my appointments. Covid protocols were fantastic, as all three times I went, we were the only ones in the store. I went over my scheduled appointment time all three times (1 hour for trying on and 30 mins for picking up the dress), and only realized after the appointment as I never felt rushed at all. I am truly grateful for the ladies, especially Alyssa, at Pure Bridal for making my experience so enjoyable and memorable. Thank you!

I had the best experience choosing my dress yesterday at pure bridal, they are the nicest people ever, i loved how they cared to help me choose what suits my needs even if it was hard as i'm veiled, Corinna kept running around picking very nice dresses to help me choose between them and even in the fitting room, she helped me with every detail, i stayed there around 2 hours, Corinna didn't leave me and she was very patient and helpful, I'm really grateful & i loved them and compared to other stores I've visited here, they are the best !!!

Lovely place to shop for a wedding dress. Bridal gowns are more affordable than some places but the bridesmaid dresses are on the pricier side. Great selection of dresses. They have a well thought out setup for trying on dresses and revealing them to your party.

She actually clipped us up and but extenders to see how they would fit properly. I loved our experience. Its a nice clean place as well, with a great atmosphere.

Pure bridal was my first stop at finding my dream wedding dress. The only reason I give it 2 stars is because I respected their Covid cleanliness. Other then that, my consultant was a one star experience. As my first ever time putting on a wedding dress I would of expected my consultant to match or exceed excitement levels for me. My sister ended up asking more in depth questions about the dress selections then the consultant did. But the end of our hour I could feel her annoyance of us oozing our. I realize you do this every day with 100s of brides and everyone is allowed to have a bad day but you work in an industry where you need to at least try and fake it. I felt defeated after leaving as it was such a meek experience. Thankfully my next stop was beyond amazing and I said yes to the dress. Would NOT recommend Pure Bridal.

We called to come and try on one specific dress and they managed to make time on a busy Saturday, then a no show happened so we ended up having even more time so I tried on a few gowns and my consultant Alicia was very helpful, and knew exactly what I wanted and how to make it happen! Morgan was amazing !! She was so helpful and knew EXACTLY what I wanted ! I found my dream dress on the second dress I tried on ! She made me feel so confident and beautiful and I can’t wait to try on my dress again !! Seriously go here you won’t be disappointed ! My experience was AMAZING !!

She really listened to what I was looking for and her attention to the small details I mentioned made all the difference in finding the perfect dress. Even my guests couldn’t stop commenting about how amazing she was! Once I had found THE dress I mentioned I wanted to return with both of my parents for them to see me in the dress in person. She encouraged me to return with them and there was never any pressure to make a quick decision or “say yes to the dress” that I had felt at other boutiques. The shop itself is beautiful. I really appreciated the set up of the rooms, giving myself and my guests our own area with lots of room for me to try on dresses and plenty of seating for them. Thank you so much for your help!

The customer service was incredible and so so professional, they made me feel so confident in the dress I chose and they went above and beyond to make me feel at home there. After other appointments I still came back to choose the dress I kept thinking about and they allowed for me to do that! My experience with Cindy today was AMAZING. I had gone shopping earlier in the day at a big box store dress shop which I won’t name ;) but felt as though they didn’t care to know me and couldn’t seem to get my style.
