I took a pair a jeans here to repair an imminent hole in the crotch. They charge around $15 and did the smallest repair job possible. I have taken pants to other places they will patch both sides and sew in a patch bigger than the hole to prevent future holes, all for around the same price. You will not get your money's worth here. I cannot say anything about their dry cleaning services but I would never take another article of clothing here to get fixed or to alter it.

I have been going there for years (out of convenience).. I don't know I never stopped but this is it! NEVER AGAIN!! They continue disappoint. Most recently, I gave them my fiance's top (food spill), skirt (had a stain) and white jeans (dirt) and the top came back with another stain, the pleats on the skirt was completely ruined (cannot be fixed and the stain was still on) and the jeans were ruined! Not only did they charge me, they dint check the clothes, they said they couldn't do anything about it and I have been a loyal customer! Do NOT go there! Expensive, arrogant and the worst customer service! Trust me!!

Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Never go here to get anything cleaned or for any service, unless you would like to be thoroughly disappointed.

Brought my pants in because they were close to my hotel.Took them four days to do a simple stitch job and when I picked them up noticed a stain that had not been there before.Should change the name to Low Class IMO-doing my homework next time!

I don't know who I got on the phone but all I can say is I'm so sorry to have inconvenienced them with my call. I do hope I haven't ruined their day. Since my phone call was such a bother then I won't be harassing them by bringing my business there.

I took a white tuxedo jacket in to have the sleeves shortened and cleaned for a big trip....Big mistake. They did o.k. with the sleeves but butchered the press job and it almost looks grey. I couldn't take it on my trip. I'll be asking to be reimbursed for the dry cleaning charge.
